The range of powers of a particular Praetor is determined by the Justiciarion Command for each specific mission. However, the praetor personally determines the methods and tools for its implementation. Typically, the praetor commands a group of recruited agents and questori assistants. The Justiciar can temporarily transfer and distribute some of his powers to questors and agents from his group.
