2023-04-30 09:25:17 +0000 UTCah yea kiwi was right about the lily on a students desk thing its a thing is that when a student dies they place flower mostly a lily on the desk as a sort of honouring/mourning. as to kiwi "cause they want them dead" is a little wrong but in manga and anime it is often a trope that when bullying someone you put a lily on there desk to imply they are dead. often used with girl bullies to "your next cause of what you did, your are dead to us now"

2023-04-30 09:01:20 +0000 UTCKoyomimonogatari original it was were i got monogatari burn out. i been watching monogatari since day one bakemonogatari was seasonal when owari came being the "end story" & part of the "final season" i got excited but prepared for it to end, So when part 1 end and we were waiting for Zoku owari, Koyomimonogatari unexspecitedly came after 3 episodes the difference to the norm made it feel "extra" & "cute but whats the point" it was even discibed to me as "nissio exstra analoge he didn't know where to put" (like a bonus story you find at the end when you buy the LN or Manga) so they made a side season to for the wait. Point Being after 3 episodes it felt to normal and like a unimportant spin-off. so i put it on hold and took a break from monogatari. then when i found out zoku owari episode 5 came out. i finally looks like its time to hop back in. watched a monogatari reaction to recap, watched Koyomimonogatari was like "oh thats why nisio felt it important" then got rehyped all over again while now egaerly awaiting more since catching up to it all
