You already know this when I'm posting this, but yeah - in the episode Re-View the "stand-alone episode" brakes came off and there's nothing stopping this train now until it reaches its destination. When I originally watched this show I always thought "wow, being a cyborg is so cool you are basically invincible" until I saw this episode and thought "welp you're at the mercy of the people maintaining your body, huh." Since then, I've come to realise that any time you ingest something prepared by another human being, or sleep in a place accessible by someone else, you're placing yourself at their mercy. Society works because most of us aren't psycopaths. The Major would have been way more vulnerable in a fleshy body.
