Poor Togusa. Didn't know nothing about none of the plans. Brought by the Chief to see the PM so that he wouldn't have to strenuously fight and escape in the Section 9 base. He's a very good layer of plausible deniability regarding the last couple of operations, while simultaneously being the person responsible for finding other people's misdeeds. And poor tachikoma. Auctioned off to various places, with no knowledge of what happens at section 9.
