The life of an animator (of the NSFW kind) is full of weird and silly moments.
For example, you can spend two days animating, then three days rendering footage, then one more day doing editing and sound, and then, at the end of a week, you look at the animation you created and say to yourself: "This is too tame. It needs more intensity!"

That's what I felt about a week ago. And so I decided I needed to try harder with Tifa and Ember. The Tifa model looks great, but how to improve the "action" itself?
So, I tried a new pose for Tifa, one that is a bit more natural and leaves her with less control over the movement. I tried to add more swing to the action. I tried some new angles with the camera.

Probably the best idea I came up with this week is to have Tifa look at the camera in some angles. It seems silly, but her looking into the camera means that she is looking the observer (i.e., you and me) in the eye. It is a way to raise the intensity and make the scene more personal.

It is, of course, all about experimenting, but I think this "second phase" of Tifa's Ember video looks decent. It is a stepping stone to the climax (involving inflation and some X-rays, because that is what usually happens in my videos), but I think the results will be worth the effort in the end.

Let's see if I can do even better next week. For now, I uploaded a new 'Tifa Experiment' video with "Phase 2" in its name; check it out. And of course, thank you for your support!
