Information for new patrons

* WHERE ARE MY VIDEOS: Currently, I send links to all my videos via EMAIL. *
I send an email to any new patron that joins, using the same email address you used to sign up here on Patreon.
The message should arrive within an hour of your joining. Sometimes, when I am away, it might take a few hours, but always less than one day.
IMPORTANT: My email could end up in your spam folder.
Therefore, if you can't find my email, check your SPAM FOLDER first! My email will have 'Palefire' in its name; it should be easy to find.
At the same time, I will also send you a message with information here on Patreon. Find it in Community - Direct Messages in the side bar.
You can also use the messages to let me know you just joined; it might help me notice that a bit sooner.
I also have my own website with a member area for patrons. See messages/emails from me to learn more about it as well.

If you are absolutely certain you didn't get any email from me within one day of joining, it is possible my email was lost or blocked for some reason.
If that happens, send me a message here on patreon. I could send an email to a different email address that you use. We could also speak on different platforms, like Twitter or Discord.
Remember, you can always ask me for help if you have an issue. Here, or any other site I use, my name is 'Palefire34' pretty much everywhere.
I like to post polls when there is a suitable opportunity. Often, you get to influence my future creations - sometimes choosing future videos outright or just voting for your favorite character so that it appears in videos more often.
Please note that I often work on large videos with a pre-planned story, so there will be times when everything is decided and polls aren't useful. It all depends on the circumstances.
Extra note regarding activity and some feedback I got:
Please note that I create long, story-driven NSFW videos, and I tend to deliver large chunks of new content once a week - usually several minutes of video, whether expanding the latest movie project or starting a new one.
I know other creators tend to bombard their patrons every other day with tiny posts containing two pictures or one 10-second long video loop without story and sometimes even without sound. I simply choose to deliver my content in more meaningful amounts.
Others can send you more emails and notifications than I do, but often with less actual content.
