Elden Ring WIP mod
Added 2023-11-19 23:18:15 +0000 UTCAfter a lot of trial and error this is what I have so far. I did not manage to do the hair and some of the armor weights yet, but that will come later. For now I'll start on Eula and the fixes for Furina and Yoi.
A quick guide for making the mod work:
1. You will need Mod Engine 2 (https://github.com/soulsmods/ModEngine2/releases)
2. Disable EAC (sorry, I dont remember how I did this but try https://github.com/LukeYui/launch_modded_eldenring)
3. Put regulation.bin in the \Elden Ring\Game folder
4. Put the dcx. files into Elden Ring\Game\mod\parts folder
5. Start a new game and pick the Astrologer class. In the character creation and cutscenes the body will be grey. I know it's a bug, I will fix in the next version.
6. Enjoy?
I've ony played for about 20 minutes in total, but if you enjoy the mod as it is right now you may need https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/3596 later on.
If you have any questions let me know.
Anyway, the character in game does not seem as nice as in the renders I made, maybe that's just how it is for a in game model and a render. I would recommend not putting them side by side.

2023-11-28 15:09:33 +0000 UTCOh nice, you play MH too. With how heavily modded World was and even Rise on PC, they'd make a lot of people pissed off by somehow totally breaking mods. Modders will find a way, I'm sure. I can see torn clothing being a big headache, yeah.

Doing something like http://udonya-18.com/img/c78/c78info.jpg (the middle Kushala Daora with torn clothing) has always been on my wish list and I still consider doing it for Jean, it's why she still is in WIP. Doing torn clothing though is very difficult.

It's gonna be big, real big and making sexy armor and body mods will no doubt get you a lot of new fans and patrons. :D
