I'll have to do some more testing, but I don't think so. Whenever I switch games the bounce on Navia vs HSR is like night and day.

2024-03-27 14:44:55 +0000 UTCI think it's even more toned down than the Ganyu/Shenhe skin. With Himeko (the red haired wip one) has almost none. Although the one above has some. Playing these two gacha games can be overwhelming timewise with all the events.
