Atlyss Sally Model Edit ?

Okay so I want to do a render with Sally from Atlyss but I don't have a model and I can't find one I can use (for free) but then brain was like "IDEA".
So I was thinking of doing an edit of another model in order to look like Sally.
But this would take time which would mean no Friday Poll/Post for next week.
Would you guys be alright with that ?
