I used to be a average 1-3 minutes 5 minutes max type of guy, when I first started out with sex I used to be on 40 minutes timing don’t ask me how. To up my time in sex I first needed to realize that I would always clench my pelvic floor for maximum pleasure and locking the blood in my dick in fear that it would go soft or erupt too quickly so to combat that I started training with myself in masturbation releasing my pelvic floor to let the blood flow healthily With reverse kegels which is the sensation of trying to pee harder or opening up the anus( it’s connected to the pelvic floor so yes we gotta talk abt it). First step is to teach your piece the goal isn’t cumming so what I would do is get myself hard and pause for a second, remember breathing is gas for your blood to keep moving and with my hand head to the area of least stimulation possible which is the base I call it level 1. Stay here providing stimulation until your dick is completely at a constant hard, once that’s complete I go to level 2 which is the shaft and here’s where the game starts, your goal now is to receive pleasure without letting your pelvic floor clench it must stay in reverse kegel with a healthy breath even though it may be harder to breathe, if it does clench you must go down a level (level 1 clearly being the lowest) at the 3rd level your head this is where your reverse kegel should be the most intense (clearer picture on what a reverse kegel is: imagine you’re trying to make your anus spread/open) from there the goal is to ejaculate in this reverse kegel. if it clenches you go down to level 2 and so on. The pelvic floor is a muscle, too much stretching (reverse kegel is a stretch and release of constriction for your blood) too much stretching can weaken any muscle it’s applied to yet we still warm up and stretch before and after a workout so remember while you’re releasing tension and stretching it you should be be strengthened on its own time so regular kegels come into play outside of the reverse kegel masturbation exercise. This is mind muscle connection and will make you in control of what happens during sex. Too much stimulation off the bat isn’t what sex should be and could often lead to performance issues especially mentally. women do not take time to learn us on their own so teach them to take it slow. Before the action takes place and the levels come into play there’s is a even lower level of stimulation which I would put in the catagory of foreplay which is her stimulating you over the pants. Now you can say there’s a level above level 3 which is the real thing, pussy. If you are comfortable with a woman and she wants to learn you and it’s a open space you can apply this exercise with level 4 being in the picture, allowing you to “get used” to the real thing and get control of how you are in the field. don’t get carried away from the exercise if your goal is to up your time in sex for a later date unless you are confidant that you can stay in reverse kegel and ejaculate at level 4 (real sex) without clenching once, it’s a discipline thing. In real sex if your goal is not the exercise don’t beat yourself up if you clench just stay mindful, real sex is more important than a exercise you’re doing for sex so stay in the game.
