FM23+24 03/04 Database Package

Hi all,

There isn't something I was planning to release but I've seen a few people ask for it. Here is the 03/04 mod for FM23 and FM24 with added regens. FM24 is save file only but FM23 can be used to create your own custom save and transferred over to FM24. The playable leagues are as follows:

Asia: Australia, China, S. Korea (first division only), Japan (first two divisions)
Africa: Egypt, South Africa (first division only)
North America: Mexico (first two divisions)
South America: Colombia, Uruguay (first division only), Argentina, Brazil (first two divisions)
Europe:
Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine (first division only)
Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden (first two divisions)
France, Italy, Scotland, Spain (first three divisions)
England (first six divisions, down to conference N/S)

Please Note: If you start your own save, it will take a long time to load due to the amount of changes in the editor data file.

All database credit goes to TheMadScientistFM for the original database and shmevon for his work on it since for various FM releases.

I may do player faces once I'm done with the 01/02 conversion depending on how long that takes.
