Declined Payments
Added 2018-08-02 18:04:18 +0000 UTCAs you've probably seen from other Patreon creators, Patreon seems to be having trouble getting payments straight.
Looking at the individual patron list I have, it seems most of your payments got through. But there are some that are showing as just no payment. They're blank. I don't see anyone with declined or fraud marked accounts that are current.
So perhaps they're just on hold till Patreon sorts the issue. I'm hoping the fix is something they can handle without any of our intervention since this seems their fault. But it seems that's not the case yet?
I didn't get an official email from them, but this is from their twitter feed:
Sorry for those that are experiencing this issue. Especially since it has occurred just as I had made my campaign active again.
I'll post again if they're able to resolve the issue without our intervention, but till then I'll just wait and see. Thank you to those that have subscribed and here's hoping this doesn't last long and this doesn't happen again.

This is true. But they should have also let everyone know that there was a major move of their payment system so we wouldn't have been so caught off guard. Instead we find out after things go wrong.
