Ch. 181 Hulk Wants to Learn Drunken Fist

After instructing No. 3 to prepare a new communicator for Grendel, Russell began to do what he did most often in his office.

Play video games!

Except for a few people, no one would think that the famous superhero Serum and the chairman of Octopus Monster Industries would spend most of his time playing console games in the office.

This wasn't to say that playing games was a bad thing, but his way of relaxation was far removed from the persona he portrayed in front of the public.

The public accepted superheroes because they believed that superheroes would swoop down from the sky to save them from danger when they needed it.

But most people hadn't considered one thing: superheroes were also human beings with their own lives.

Demanding superheroes to protect them 24/7 without a break was unrealistic.

More rational people would understand this, but unfortunately, there was a high proportion of "idiots" among the public.

Russell had encountered some self-righteous individuals during his daily reputation missions for "doing a good deed."

It was during a regular high-rise fire incident.

There was nothing special about it; all he had to do was rescue people from the building.

However, that time, Russell had the misfortune of encountering an unreasonable guy.

This guy, complained that Russell had arrived too late, which had resulted in his house being completely burned down.

Russell wasn't inclined to pay much attention to this guy, especially since there were many reporters present at the scene.

But this guy actually stopped him and used his talents to "politely" inquire about his relatives.

Although there were many reporters present at the time, Russell didn't show any courtesy to this guy. He beat him up and threw him back into the fire scene.

The reporters at the scene captured the moment when he beat up that guy.

The next day, a group of similar individuals gathered in front of Octopus Monster Headquarters and the headquarters of the Justice League to protest.

Although Russell later resolved the issue through "legal" means, after that incident, he realized that the proportion of "idiots" among the public was even higher than he had imagined.

After that incident, he specifically instructed Gwen and Kara to reduce their activities to avoid the "idiots" thinking that superheroes were like on-call babysitters.

After playing video games in the office all morning, Russell put on his battle armor and left the office, heading to the Justice League headquarters.

He had come to pick two White Zetsu to show Grendel. These symbiotes had already lost their weaknesses to fire and sound waves.

White Zetsu No. 1 and White Zetsu No. 2 were the first to be excluded.

After spending some time together, Hulk had grown fond of "Big White" White Zetsu No. 1 and "Little White" White Zetsu No. 2.

Although the Justice League headquarters was large, Russell, Kara, and others rarely stayed there.

If it weren't for Big White and Little White keeping Hulk company, Hulk might have become isolated by now.

Although Russell couldn't send away Big White and Little White, it didn't affect his plan to send White Zetsu to Grendel.

Due to Natasha's absence, the "container" for fusing with the symbiotes had become Hulk.

Although Hulk, like Russell, didn't like having another intelligent being inside him, he did so at Russell's request.

Now, apart from Big White and Little White attached to the gorilla, the headquarters of the Justice League had gained a new force composed of wild animals.

Three tigers, six wolves, five hawks, one cow, three foxes, and two dogs.

Among them were animals that Russell had purchased through legal channels and those obtained through illegal channels.

With this animal army assembled before him, Russell thought for a moment and decided to send White Zetsu No. 15, who had attached to the wolf, and White Zetsu No. 22, who had attached to the red-tailed hawk.

Although wolves and red-tailed hawks couldn't swim and reach Godzilla's home, it didn't matter. Grendel would come to pick them up.

Even if Grendel didn't come to pick them up, it wasn't a big problem. At most, they would attach themselves to other fish and swim there.

Russell didn't send them directly to the Atlantic Ocean but had them visit the unmanned military factory managed by No. 3.

They needed to bring the newly developed communicator to Grendel.

After White Zetsu No. 15 and White Zetsu No. 22 left the Justice League headquarters, Russell went to the training ground and found Hulk, who was sparring with Big White and Little White.

He first challenged Hulk for about ten minutes before bringing Hulk to the cafeteria.

As Hulk stuffed himself with "calorie bombs" and gulped down whiskey, Russell said to him, "Have you ever considered quitting drinking?"

"Quit drinking? Hulk doesn't want to quit drinking!"

Hulk shook his head while holding a barrel of alcohol in his hand.

Then he lowered his head and looked at Russell with a fawning expression.

"Speak directly; there's no need for that expression."

Russell frowned and said helplessly.

"Hulk wants to learn Drunken Fist!"

"Drunken Fist!"

Hulk said seriously.

Perhaps fearing that Russell wouldn't understand, Hulk raised both hands and struck the unique Drunken Fist pose.

Russell looked at Hulk, who was clearly excited, with a complicated expression. He began to wonder if Hulk was drunk or if No. 3 had been deceived and bought a bunch of fake alcohol.

"I don't know Drunken Fist!"

Russell indeed didn't know Drunken Fist.

Although he had learned some martial arts from various schools, he had never learned Drunken Fist.

"How come you don't know? Aren't you practice a lot of martial arts?"

Hulk asked with some disbelief.

Since Russell had unilaterally beaten up Hulk with some martial arts in the past, Hulk, probably like most people, thought that people who practiced martial arts would know all the martial arts styles, there are many martial arts styles around the world.

"I know many martial arts like Kyokushin, Taekwondo, Boxing, and some other martial arts,, but I haven't learned Drunken Fist. If you want to learn it, I can find a martial arts school for you or have No. 3 teach you."

"Oh! Then let No. 3 teach me. Hulk doesn't want to learn Drunken Fist from anyone else."

Hulk said stubbornly.

Although Hulk had learned to control his emotions and wouldn't easily get angry now, he still wasn't used to interacting with ordinary people.

Not for anything else, but because ordinary people were too fragile in his eyes.

Although Hulk didn't go out of his way to bully ordinary people, he saw ordinary people as fragile as porcelain. A slight touch could shatter them.

Hulk didn't like the feeling of being cautious about everything he did, and he didn't like it at all.
