October 2021 Update

Hello, everyone!

A lot going on in my life lately and in the next coming months. My wife, Angie, will be here in Florida with me for the next two months. And I'll be taking a week this month and two weeks in November off for a road trip to Colorado in the skoolie. So I won't be streaming during those times, as I usually do. So don't worry, I'm just taking a break during those times.

I'm going to continue to work on this bus image with Haley during the next couple months to put more detail into it. And sketch up a few personal things during this time.

The monthly patreon streams are still going to happen as previously scheduled. So the next two patreon streams are on October 10th and November 14th at noon Easter Time.

On another topic, earlier this year I renewed my lease with the new property management for my apartment, but they raised the rent 100 dollars. And then within the next month after that, we lost the parking that was next to my apartment to a pay-to-park company. And then in trying to get my front door to stop sticking by having maintenance over to fix it, the guy completely jammed the door shut. He said he'd order a new one or something. But I haven't heard back in the last two weeks. So my front door is unusable. And there's no longer any pest control. So they increased my rent and I get less in return.

I've worked out an arrangement with my parents. I'll be staying in their cabin in Colorado the next one or two years as I save up for a down payment for a house in Florida, work on getting Angie immigrated down here, work on helping her to set up a work-from-home career, and working on the skoolie to use to attend conventions when the pandemic eventually blows over and I feel like it's safe to do that again. I want to set it up for living and as a mobile office. I'm going to be redesigning most of the interior over the next couple years.

I'm likely going to be moving out of my apartment here in Florida by the end of April 2022. I'm gonna put a bulk of my belongings in a storage locker here and pack light for Colorado. A bulk of which will be my computer and office equipment.

I'll post any further updates to things when I have more information. I'm still deciding between a bunch of directions to go with my personal and Patreon work. For the immediate future, things are going to be mostly the same.
