It is on this holy day of August, that we are honored to present you with this month's build of Slaves of Rome (SoR v0.9.5)!
YOU CAN NOW BECOME A ROMAN AND PLAY THE GAME HERE
We know. We know you want to be Romans. Have no fear. Just like in real Rome, there is only one thing standing in your way.. money! With time, the republic may become more.. easy going on that front. For now however.. the senate has ruled! If you feel this is unjust and want to ask to enter Rome without payment you may try our free tour of the city (public build) and feast your eyes with its glory.
Main New Things This (v0.9.5) Build Features:
- Player Character Customization - (only male for now, female player customization is almost ready and will be coming soon)
- New Punishment Mode – Whipping now has a new interactive mode in 1st person where YOU actually do the whipping!
- Whipping Club VR – The whipping club is now working in VR as well!
- New Characters – 2 new characters have been added, but.. you need to find them! (Dharkar Ahuja and Callirhoe)
- New Quests/Story-lines: 2 new quests to explore!
- Optimization, Fixes and improvements – Some bug fixes, UI improvements and game optimizations.
Coming to Next Build (V1.0) – a MASSIVE UPDATE:
- Completely new next-gen models!
- Skins! – You'll be able to dress your slaves and main characters!
- New Slaves – As usual ;).
- More VR scenes
- New missions, quests, slaves and story-lines – This will be a massive update on that front – most big story lines like Dimiara and such will be going all the way to the end!
- Translations – We'll have support for languages other than English! Japanese will be the first we do but others as well!
We are growing fast, and we expect to have those upgrades within about 6-10 weeks. An official date will follow.

2021-01-19 13:28:55 +0000 UTCI noticed this too, but figured it was just buggy. I use brave browser, but it is signed into gmail. . . . Maybe I'll turn 'shields off' then try again or just reinstall after having used the real chrome. Dont wanna lose save though lol

How can I fix this, I have redownloaded the game twice now using the Patreon link and continue to get this.

2020-08-20 11:51:42 +0000 UTCChanges made to some of the slaves don't stay. You push apply and spend the gold, but once you get back to your mansion the changes don't take effect. Am I the only one who has this problem? Could this be patched soon? Otherwise good stuff.

We really are sorry, it's almost working and looks amazing but it will have to wait to the next build to be as good as you guys deserve and we didn't want to delay the build for another month

2020-08-15 20:16:10 +0000 UTCA: The main player IS a new model, just not all the models in the game (bear in mind - female and male have the same base models so once we have one male/female, we have most of them). We just weren't able to finish the females in time for this build. B: Previous build we specifically said we'll try making it to v0.9.5 but can't promise and it might take 2 builds. This is a HUGE change to the game - and a few weeks back we thought we are going to make it but at the end we didn't and it will take a couple more weeks. C: Look... I really am sorry for the disappointment but game development takes time and it's not always possible to predict exactly how long this are going to take. We are working on this thing very hard and slept very little the past few weeks to make this release on time with as much content as we could. We faced a choice of releasing it with just the guy's main character improved or to delay another month. Would you rather we delayed? Again, sorry for the disappointment, we were very excited are still are for the new models but honestly, screaming "BS" it kinda unfair to the team :(
