2018-04-30 16:34:23 +0000 UTCi went with the mean prickly bitch cactus! and in an effort to channel my phone's new wallpaper, i'll say this....being a patron of an artist is a cool and unique opportunity to provide support financially, but also in spirit. demanding someone "cater to fans" or complaining about fans being on "the back burner" is lame and totally self-serving and not in the spirit of patreon. if you can't handle that, don't be a patron. no one owns adam because they give him $5 a month. it's a choice we make to do this, if we don't like how it's going we can leave...but to give him shit about it is gross. for the record, i know this isn't really my fight....but as someone who has produced content in the past and knows what it feels like to have pressure when trying to be creative...and also as someone who has sponsored many artists in the past, and been disappointed by some of them....i decided to throw in my 2 cents. adam, please don't let the negativity you hear be louder than the support....and keep doing you! it's always exciting to see what you do next and i'm glad you are letting us be a part of your journey.
