Trunks was able to go back into another timeline and fix the timeline we all watch till this day. (Fun fact: the tournament of power starts at the same time when future gohan died in trunk's timeline.)

2024-02-25 04:10:21 +0000 UTCOk just because he is a prodigy doesn’t mean he is stronger than 17 and 18 and if we’re talking about the ones in the present timeline they are way stronger than the ones in Trunks’ timeline, plus they’ll obviously fight him two on one just like they do with everyone, shoot they even said in the show that they are stronger than Frieza not to mention Trunks easily killed Frieza and he was mecha Frieza which they said is even stronger than normal Frieza and 17 and 18 can easily kick Trunks’ ass no problem, therefore they are stronger than Frieza.
