Plus, The Chamber can only be used for two days (or two years) by any given person, meaning a person can only enter the chamber twice in their lifetime, assuming they stay for the full year both times. Staying in the chamber for two days straight counts as two uses. Which Vegeta and Piccolo has already done in DBZ

He was birthed from an egg shot out of King Piccolo, making him the defacto father, as that's just the normal reproduction method of ALL namekians, as Dende mentions in namek saga when mentioning that Guru was the father of most if not all Namekians at the time.

In the next arc of Super, some people (not spoiling who and the wish in case Alexis reads this) stole the dragon balls, people we have never seen before, nor Shenron, but they still get multiple wishes lol.

Neither King Piccolo(His father), nor Kami, knew anything about their origins, which is briefly brought up in Saiyan saga when Nappa calls Piccolo a Namek and Kami was surprised about it.
