Oof, I don't know about that one. I'm pretty happy doing MK1 and an occasional MK11 character right now. And I still have a bunch of people to get to in MK1 and they're not going to stop releasing stuff anytime soon. If I did it would probably end up being a really long time from now. Since we're talking about MKX though, a couple of years ago I converted Quan Chi's Fortress for Blender. Never released it because it isn't well optimized and I was just doing it for fun.
