adjusted rewards for 10$ and 20$ tier regarding monthly raffle
Added 2017-03-02 23:59:40 +0000 UTCdue to increasing number of patrons being able to input a character for the monthly raffle, I had to adjust some things so everyone has an equal oppurtunity.
Instead of it being a picked-at-random raffle, I will be giving $20+ tier patrons the oppurtunity to input their desired character choices, while $10+ patrons get to vote which one they would like in a voting poll. the poll results will determine the winner. If there so happens to be a tie between two choices, both will be sketched out/monocolor. If just one winner, it will be full color. thanks for understanding!

I believe Patreon may actually frown on "raffles" as they can be considered a form of gambling. This setup is much better, in my opinion. (easy for me to say)
