2024-09-03 14:36:35 +0000 UTCthis is the first time a femme presenting person is the one saying the most toxic things about bella compared to the men lol like calling bella a pick me is wild given her entire attitude in this reaction. i get being slightly annoyed by bella (we all were), but downplaying depression and mental health is wild. you can't just read a book and get over it. the reason behind it for bella may be trivial for some, but it can happen real people do get this way. losing love in any way CAN affect a person this intensely. the attitude was so weird and disrespectful. i feel sad for any friend she has because god forbid if they struggle, she's just gonna get annoyed.

2024-07-11 01:33:03 +0000 UTCfr plus when people have a friend talking negative about something in their ear nonstop, they tend to subconsciously think the way they do or say something to agree with them even if they dont realize (like subconsciously and consciously they match their energy) and with seeing their other reactions, they wouldn't have tripped nearly as hard about half the things she was talking about or at least not said it 10 times.

I just subscribed to Patreon and was super excited when I saw that you guys started this series but this reaction was a painful watch. Apart from hearing how much she dislikes Bella throughout the movie the weird narrative of Bella and how she acts with the men around her was exhausting. There’s also the blatant disregard of what’s obviously a severe depressive episode which was triggered by her being broken up with an abandoned in the woods. To boil that and all of her symptoms of the depressive episode as simply just melodrama was disheartening tbh.

I don’t know why Carianna signed up to watch something she absolutely hates. I am sure she is a really cool and bright woman, but Brandon barely talks when she is in the reaction. I love, love, love Brandon’s takes, and he rarely speaks because there is no gap! Don’t want to be mean, I really don’t, but that is how I feel.

Also, Carianna is my internal monologue when watching the movies. There wasn't enough alcohol in the world to get me through Breaking Dawn, so hopefully this will help me FINALLY get through it. Things don't always have to be rainbows and unicorns. Sometimes it just isn't. But that doesn't mean it can't be fun.

But as a reaction u have her talking over the movie a big chunk of the time repeating the same things over and over. Also pulling other reactors out of it. This isnt the first movie shes done this on. I get not everyone likes everything all the time and people have their grievances. But some actually enjoy the movies and pay to watch them react and not have someone continuously talk over the whole thing. Im not tripping about her in it. But there are times where she could have just listened. Or not watched it.

Ive never heard anyone say they talk too much only Carianna. I think people need to do some internal reflection on what that says about them. Also I think a large part of the fanbase watch this solely because of how awful the characters are. The point is these books were written for 14-20 year olds and its filled with teen angst.I cant relate to teen angst anymore but I can laugh at how ridiculous it was to be 17 again,. Finally ending this with....... I dont want everyone to agree with my viewpoint on a piece of art. I would watch it by myself if I did.

I wasn't saying they were bashing people with depression, I am sure that's not the case. I was just trying to help them understand a little better, if they didn't know much about it. =)

But the world building and story is actually amazing. Ive read the books. (All of them) And also studied the history behind supernatural stories (like Dracula and werewolves and witches) I do hate the hate the movies because its cool thing. I try to tell people to give the books a chance. The author did her thing theres a reason why people were into it. Just because she made up her own vampire origins (which are fictional characters) everyones like no shes wrong. Its weird. This reaction was a bit hard to watch tbh, with the constant commentary on how much she loathes Bella.

I agree Bella is really terrible, probably the worst character in the movies and the books but at the end that's how she was written so unfortunately we have no other way than to endure her. But I still think that in the book she is a little bit better even if it's really not that much. I think you need to get ready because she ain't gonna change. I loved the books, it's no Shakespeare but when I read it it was fun and better than the movies. I have to say though the third reactor was so fun but I think she talked just a little bit too much that sometimes we can't really have Brandon and Adison reaction. Team Charlie, Jasper and Rosalie all the way. Can't wait for the next movie

2024-02-17 21:12:46 +0000 UTCShe wasn't going through stuff. It was a very severe depression with night terrors and hallucination, perhaps suicidal ideation. I struggle with depression so I know. No amount of 'get a grip' helps. Makes it worse in fact. Think if we could 'get a grip', we would, course we would? Another symptom is loss of interest in things we once loved to do, like listening to music for e.g. 'The I am never gonna run right' is also the depression talking. It changes your brain chemistry, and your thought processes, to extreme negative and low self-esteem, confidence etc. Yes this film is over the top and cringey but still, depression is a serious mental health condition, and doesn't need mockery. Just food for thought. Sorry to say I am not to keen on the 3rd reactor. I don't agree with a lot of her opinions, or how she is stating them. I wouldn't wish death on anyone, regardless of how much I might dislike them. It felt she just took over the reaction, you lads barely could get a word in. i definitely just prefer it with just Adison and Brandon. I may be a little blunt, but I have Autism, so I apologise if I offend anyone. Just my opinion.
