Game of Thrones 2X9 RAW REACTION

First off I appreciate everybody's patience! Your support as we have dove into this series means a lot to me. With that being said here is early access to GoT season 2 episode 9 reaction. Is there anybody out there who felt that this episode was tougher to deal with than episode 9 of last season???

I know I’m really late to this but it’s crazy that you guys think you can just put a sailboat in reverse 😂

Matthew Cronin

Not everyone is okay with casually watching nudity.

Galadriel

Having to skip over scenes cause nudity is so sad what a scene you skipped Rip

Oliver

Yupp. It’s a trip how George R.R. Martin wrote so many songs for this universe! And that cover at the end, that voice - a band called The National.

Cristina

Yeah as far as the Onion Knight letting a boat sneak up.... He was one of about 30 ships moving at like 15 mph toward kings landing. Boats don't have breaks. You can't just be like "oh shit, a boat, turn it around". Once they saw the other boat there was nothing they could do but attack it when it came closer.

Chris Riordan

Based on their morals and values? They can watch people getting murdered and cut in half but breast are too far? LMAO what a joke

Slimsycentaur37

I think she misremembers it as him kissing her, but he presses her into the bed and asks her to sing him a song, which she does while crying, then he gets up and leaves.

A

Yes, in the book he ends up kissing her. Glad they made that change for the show.

Shay Kumar

You guys asked: why you would let a lone ship sneak up on you like the Onion Knight did. The Onion Knight is a pirate. He's sailed all over the world getting in and out of tough ports. That is the ONLY reason he knows what wildfire looks like. In medieval naval warfare (before cannon), you frequently were not in any kind of chase with enemies. Boats sail VERY slowly. Also, there were no distance weapons that a fleet the size of Stannis' had to worry about; Arrows and ballista aren't very effective against a handful of Ships closing on you. You can put some holes in sails, but sails can still largely do their job with a few, small holes in them. A trojan horse boat carrying wildfire was the last thing the Onion Knight expected. Brilliant move by Tyrion!

32:15 bro when Joffrey said there is to many the hounds face had me crying 😂😭

TDaTruthReacts

The Hound! Love him. You will learn to love him too. He told the king to F himself. He’s just being honest about the world Sansa lives in. So she knows. He’s not the only one who’s a killer. She doesn’t see her family as killers. But they are. He simple points out she is surrounded by killers. That sometimes she’s glad of those who kill and sometimes she’s fearful of those that kill. The Hound or Sandor Clegane may suprise you yet.

Remy

Keep in mind, whatever you hear people telling stories about animals (lions, wolves, dragons, stags, fish/the ocean, etc) they are literally speaking of that, but metaphorically talking about the houses. Lannister=lion, Baratheon=Stag, Stark=Wolves, Targaryen=Dragon, etc. That's why she mentioned "the lioness was trying to protect her cub, but there were scary things in the forest like wolves and stags"

Aleia

Every time I hear Brother Mustard Chest I die laughing. Nice reaction!

Melissa

they definitely raised the standard, hopefully HOTD will come close

Cess

true we're lucky they're committing to GOT in the first place

Cess

Sansa telling Tyrion that she'll pray for him just as she will pray for the King was a lowkey burn damn I can't believe you guys missed it, but as usual thanks for an awesome video! can't wait for the next one and S3

Cess

ohhhh she get's SINISTER when she is throwed...smh -Adison

TDaTruthReacts

Hahahaa His So Slick passin out every battle method😂

Demon Rick

^👏

Demon Rick

Agree they forgot about the Tyrells.

Kevin Frazier

Looking forward to watching this!! btw... there's a HoTD spoiler in 3x4 to skip, idk the time stamp but it's a scene in king's landing

Nymeria Stark

These guys don’t know what they’re in for a feel like season 3 is where the drama truly begins!

Whabzy

FYI... They have a director's commentary after each episode. They explain the episode. You guys should check it out.

Kyndu

Woo Hoo! New episode! Thank you!

VictoriaM

I'd say the intro is worth watching twice in the season .. ep 1 and ep 5 ... for intro skippers

SwO Beatz

In Stannis defense here he knows Tywin is not at kings landing and everyone underestimates Tyrion. He assumed the defense of KL was left to Joffrey and Cersi and wasn’t expecting any real challenge

AJ

Drunk Cersei is the best Cersei. Great reaction!

Lola

They don’t consume that type of content based on their morals and values. They have openly welcomed explanations of dialogue they miss without spoilers.

AJ

The song at the end credits was Tywin, it’s a diss towards his dead Ops houses Reyne & Tarbeck called The Rains of Castamere 🔥🔥🔥

Zay Ticket

Only thing about shooting the small boat or running away. How would a massive ship turn and run that quick 😂 and also they dont have Cannons in this period

Matthew

Probs for youtube editing easier idk my guess even tho yes this is patreon nothing too major will be missed

Demon Rick

If I'm remembering this right from the book, didn't the Hound lowkey threaten to rape Sansa, or at least go to her room planning to do that? That explains her not leaving with him there, and maybe here if she had the same idea.

A

Great reaction guys!! but you guys have to stop skipping over nudity scenes. Yes, the first 2 seasons have meaningless nudity just to attract viewers, but I would say most of the upcoming ones have important dialogue, stuff that you shouldn't miss.

fares

Stannis is a weak brother but in these times technically Renly was the bad brother because Stannis is the “Rightful King”

Matthew

I Think this ep and the season finale is ranked the highest for this season on IMDB so 🔥🍿

Demon Rick

Such a good Episode! Loving the reactions

june

True true. Ned’s execution is tough to this day.

Cristina

So now y’all see that penultimate episode of GoT is always up to SOMETHING! And it actually influences a lot of shows that have come since this era. 😮‍💨

Cristina

Can you please include your Got list in the video description box. I kinda miss seeing the current/updated order that would go on the YouTube videos 😅 (I don’t expect to see it on screen since these are raw)

Amanda Jaren

Lolol that last part is too true

Darcy White

Nah. Watching Ned Stark be unfairly executed was way harder than the Battle of the Blackwater. Though watching Joffrey be alive is almost as hard. LOL
