However, the true number of casualties at the hands of Rick's group is actually 11, as three unnamed guards and Warren were not mentioned in his count, despite dying among the chaos during the previous night.

it’s wild when you look at his demeanor from season 1 to now. he doesn’t smile as much anymore. his energy isn’t “light” like it used to be. not saying he’s given up hope necessarily but he isn’t as happy as he used to be. after what happened to him and maggie he smiles even less. he’s more on edge and hateful. doesn’t even joke as much. i love it bc it’s necessary for survival but i sometimes miss the young and naive glenn.

I find that her whole personality revolves around fixing the broken men. She did it with Shane too, she find reason to excuse the things they do. The governor I would say was worse than Shane but if he was alive he would have reached the level of him and the future evil character that we all know. Her job even highlights who she is, protecting people whether innocent or not, she is a problem. She is trying to look heroic saving a man that has mastered the art of manipulation he knows her type as well and he uses that.

This is the episode where all my grace for Andrea is thrown out the window. She spent months with Rick and group and almost a year with Michonne. Yet after she literally witnesses the Governor ordering Merle to kill his brother in a twisted “cage match” fight, she still sitting up there trying to reason with that man!? AND even after he admits to her face he didn’t tell her that her friends were being held captive and tortured, she decides to go outside and play first lady? Nahhh

andrea being dumb as hell AGAIN like girl stop trying to reason with that man you can’t reason with crazy people! she’s delusional af it’s so frustrating to watch. maybe lori showed up bc that father and son with tyrese and sasha were bad. not necessarily all of them but they are a group. rick cannot take any more chances. that’s why he’s standoffish with michonne she wasn’t completely honest and she decided to be sneaky so of course they can’t trust her. rick is back, but he’s not back back. it’s barely been a week since his psychotic episode he’s gonna need time to heal and be fully stable again. and shit keeps happening like you said rick cannot get a break and it’s not like he can take a vacation and recalibrate. he is in straight survival mode. he is TIREDT okay lol hershel is the GOAT he is such an og his wisdom is necessary. he is 100% ricks confidant. he keeps him steady and present. hershel did change ricks mind but the moment he saw lori that fear crept right back in. trauma changes people. i hate seeing rick so broken down like this it’s so sad 😔

I didn't think about it like that. Michonne is my favorite and I was always on her side, but I guess she did also mess up by not telling Andrea her suspicions. She didn't even tell her about the army vehicles having blood and bullet holes in them. Or even that Rick's group was on a rescue mission for Glenn & Maggie.

To be fair to the father and son, they just lost their wife from being "out there" and they were literally right outside the prison when it happened. That close to possible sanctuary and it still got em. The way Hershel was talking, he was basically telling them, "Y'all probably gonna get kicked out", and sure enough, Rick was ready to kick them out off rip. I mean, Rick is the same dude that hemmed Glenn up with his forearm on his his throat and that was one of his own after he lost Lori. I do think they were wrong for wanting to attack Carl & Carol for tgeir weapons, but they're scarred and probably have gone through the ringer, so I understand...

You gotta understand, from Andrea's perspective, seeing Michonne attacking as the community is under attack with innocent people getting killed, it comes across as Michonne set all of this up, just picked up some strangers at the prison to get back and kill The Governor. Michonne could have just easily explained that The Governor sent Merle to kill her instead of killing her usual silence. From Andrea's perspective, it already felt like Michonne's humanity was slipping away, or losing herself from being out there for too long. "I feel like you're going to disappear." She doesn't seek male validation, but she does seek companionship, which is what she wanted from Michonne, but Michonne, even after 8 months, refused to open up to provide that. Again, I say all of this as a big Michonne fan...
