And yeah, totally agree. If Walt *had* cheated, Skyler would've told Marie. No doubt about that. That said, I have to point out: your reaction to Skyler at the office with Ted was waaaay more dramatic than your response to Walter dissolving a man in acid after poisoning him with gas. Just saying. Now Jesse... for all the dumb things he’s done, buying his aunt’s house from his parents (and for less than half its value!) really redeemed him in my eyes. That was smart. It showed he’s not a total lost cause. There’s real potential there. He can be useful and maybe even brilliant, if he’s not too self-destructive.

He missed the birth of their daughter because of this secret life. He disappeared for days, leaving her frantic, and he did it more than once. I don’t understand why people expect Skylar to give him endless grace when he went out of his way to destroy her trust. Even at the very end, Walt was prepared to keep lying until he realized it was pointless. And honestly, what could he even say by then? The truth is, Walt actively chose crime instead of accepting help from people who offered it. Generous, legal, and safe options. He rejected all of that out of pride and ego, and Skylar knows this because he openly scoffed at accepting “charity,” even showing disdain toward his son’s website, which was created to help him. Meanwhile, Ted inherited a struggling company and made a desperate choice to keep it afloat because he saw no other options. Was it wrong? Absolutely. But the scale, intent, and context are completely different. And that’s the key point people miss: Skylar isn’t an advocate for crime, but she’s pragmatic. She will bend if the motive is something she can understand and the harm is limited. That’s why it’s easier for her to empathize with Ted than with Walt. With Walt, she knows he had options and still chose the most dangerous one , a choice that shattered their marriage and put their family at risk. Context matters. Too many people get caught up comparing how she acts toward Ted versus Walt without considering what led to those different reactions.

I think she still loves him jus cant keep being lied to. Also it do seem hypocritical that she can help her boss w fraud but he owned up to it the first time she caught it🤷🏽♀️ Walt her husband and had endless lies tht puts her and her kids at risk.

2025-07-14 06:07:27 +0000 UTCJesse aint do em that dirty tho, they broke even and the fact jesse was living there for years seems to prove the aunt wanted him to have it, also they clearly didnt need it and were willing to make their eldest son homeless so they can send the younger one to space camp lmao. they should have never let jesse keep it if they were just gonna take it back without warning, they should have been looking at it as not their own and just given jesse the title and dusted their hands of the property, instead they wanted to make a quick buck at the cost of their son who is admittedly a junkie deadbeat but still fucked up, especially because we see their house, they are clearly well off enough to just write that house off to Jesse without financial hardship
