Yea also to add to this! The company was told by yoongi himself later on or they found out I can’t remember but they had him stop working and sent him to school while he was on treatment. He said this in the first documentary they put out, when he revealed it to the members. The company had him see a doctor that gave him shots in the joint to help with pain relief, but since it was getting worse and worse and since covid was ongoing yoongi went ahead and got the surgery. Now he’s doing great 😭 especially during his tour!!

2023-04-20 15:35:28 +0000 UTCYeah, as far as i know jungkook has been known to have actually passed out a couple times after performing when he would go back stage as well. There is footage from a documentary series they did a while back showing jungkook actually collapsing to the floor. They had to put ice backs on him to get his temperature down while giving him oxygen as he was extremely exhausted and overheated. Jhope said he tried to keep composure because he got dizzy and almost knocked out from the kick. And there is a clip somewhere of the members talking to fans in their early days about how Jhope was ok after finding out he collasped while filming for a music video.

Suga was a trainee at the time of his accident (2012) and hid it because he was worried that if he told the company he'd be pulled from debuting so carried on for years with his damaged shoulder. He finally got it repaired in 2020, he had also lied to the boys about his accident saying he fell down the stairs so he didn't worry them. He had torn the cartilage around his shoulder joint and because he left it so long he got to a point where he couldn't even raise his arms so he opted to have the surgery.
