It's just like that one character in Loki. I can't remember his name but he was sort of like the boss at the end and he was living an endless cycle within himself bc every version after him was worse than the other. If someone knows a better way to describe what I mean, I'd love to know

Agust D is SUGA backwards with a D and a T which is meant to stand for Daegu Town where he grew up. He presents himself with two names as Agust D says things and does things that suga would not necessarily be able to as he is a part of BTS and is seen in a certain way ( role model etc ) so He made two names for himself so that he could express certain things in his music that suga wouldn't.

You guys were high key on it. The Agust D in this video was the boss version of the king in daechitwa. Some people say that the blonde version of Agust D (from the Agust D album yoongi dropped in 2016) became king but then was killed by black haired Agust D (from d-2) because he became to greedy and power. But then the boss or black haired Agust D followed in the king’s footsteps, but in a mellow way hence the healed scar, which leads to him also getting killed. So essentially yoongi is saying that he killed these characters because, even though they are apart of him, their overwhelming feelings like anger, greed, envy got to be to much. A checks and balance system if u may. Oh yeah and this is the end of Agust D, yoongi said if his emotions get to be too much then he’ll bring him back but for right now Agust is gone.

Haegeum is not only a traditional instrument but it also translates to “the lifting of the ban” which does makes sense because he says in one of the lines “this song is simply about freedom”
