you guys didn't understand what you watched at all. she sent him an application letter of the nurse from high school, so he would hire the nurse to work in his plastic surgery hospital as the nurse is on their side. obviously, she doesn't know he wants to kill the patient in prison that killed his father cuz he hasn't told her anything. therefore, she doesn't even know he sees a therapist how can she ask him to let go of the therapist? he decided to let his therapist go himself, because as he said, the therapist couldn't fix him at all. explicitly, and in conclusion, the first move she gave him was to hire the nurse on her side at his hospital, NOT to let go of his therapist. he did that all on his own because he can't help wanting to kill the guy/patient that killed his father still because he's still tormenting him from prison by sending him letters, which his mother found because he moved to where she lives and opened a plastic surgery practice there. so the letter was given to his mother from his previous office instead. that's why his mother was so upset in her office, because she found out her husband's murderer was tormenting her son. i think you guys need to please pay more attention to the show as i don't get how you completely misunderstood this.

She play go and left the application of her (highschool nurse) who tried to help her but was fried/forced to quit because of Youjins mom power and money. Also it was his own choice to stop therapy because he still wants to get back at the man who killed his father.
