Stray Kids - “S Class “ MV Reaction!

Comments

Oh i also agree. I think what is unique about both BTS and stray kids is that they include all genres of music and even mixtures of different ones together in some songs. So it gives everyone a chance to enjoy their music across the spectrum. The songs on the s-class album I actually like is “superbowl” and “topline”. They are both catchy and the instrumentals are great for dancing too. I’m also that type who can just listen to instrumentals on a loop as well. When i was in school and studying, instrumentals helped me focus more. So some of their songs i would play on a loop is it was just the instrumentals of the song without the singing/rapping on it they sound so good to me.

As a hardcore Stray Kids fan I totally get what you're saying and you shouldn't get hate for it at all. Some people's music is just not for everybody. For example, I'm also a huge fan of BTS and I heard someone say that they don't really like their music because they're not fans of hip-hop/rap. So, all in all, I think it is true what you said about no matter what you're gonna like the groups that make the genre of music you like the most. For me, I do really like hip-hop/rap/rnb so that's why I absolutely love BTS' music. But at the same time, I really like that punk rock sound (even in non-K-pop bands) so that's why I also really like Stray Kids. But I can also agree that songs like S-Class and Case 143 weren't their best songs but I think what sucks people in resulting in the songs becoming so popular is the catchiness. I remember when I saw them live before they came out they kept showing all JYP artists on the big screen with some of their newest and most popular music videos OVER and OVER again and the stadium would cheer for each artist/group but every time it showed skz with the case 143 video the whole stadium kept shouting "1-4-3 I LOVE YOU!"

Yeah, their dancing and the mv are great. But when i first listened to the song, i just didn’t really have a definite reaction as to whether or not i liked it. But the more i listen to it, the more i realized its just not the sound for me. It was the same for when i heard case 143. But i think it could be because i’m more drawn to hip/hop, rap, R&B, soulful type sounds in music. This song kinda falls more under the sound of bubble gum pop/punk rock. I have a hard time really getting into punk rock and pop type music. The closest pop sounding songs i can get into are something similar to are like “ko ko bop” by exo or “home” by bts. But that’s as far into it i can go.

No, I agree in some ways. Stray kids music is sometimes a hit or miss for me. I enjoy a good bit of their music, but some songs I don't. There have been songs that grew on me and others that didn't, and I think it's okay to say that. This song, while the mv and their dancing are amazing. I haven't listened to this song since watching the mv besides when I see people react to it since it came out because it doesn't do much for me, either. But, I do really enjoy the choreography and the singing before the chorus hits and both Changbin's and Han's raping parts.

I’m probably going to get attacked for this: but in my personal opinion, stray kids are awesome and i think they are very creative and true artists. But there are some songs I don’t think are the greatest in terms of sound. And people who claim all their albums have no skippable songs either are lying to themselves or too swooned over by stray kids. I think it’s ok to not like every song they put out. So this song is one of them. The music video is creative and their song is interesting and fresh. But the song itself in terms of sound and rhythm does not appeal to me. Honestly i think their songs topline, item, get lit and superbowl are better.
