I come up with new theories to this song and mv each time i watch it lol. But I agree with Pelumi, I think it's him being stuck in old memories and also worrying about future possibilities. But the door in the end shows him finally living in the moment, not worrying about the past or future. Just living. **of course this is only my interpretation lol. I really hope he shares more once the album drops!

This song is a comfort fr, but I took it as Joon is reminding himself that he can still move at his own pace when he’s ready, that he still has time to find himself. It’s like when you see everyone’s else’s lives on social media and assume they’re living much better than you are and that you’re falling behind.
