Also i think beomseok is a representation of sieun’s mind deciding between staying in a coma and never waking up or waking up to fight to live. Because you see beomseok was trying his hardest to keep sieun in that state of mind.

It was showing the perspective from the viewpoint of how sieun perceived how fast the truck was going. Kinda like how people who say they experienced a traumatic accident describe the feeling of everything seeming like it’s moving in slow motion because they were processing slowly how fast everything was happening and it not feeling real. So the truck was going fast, but we were seeing it from sieun’s perspective of the truck moving in slow motion. Especially because his brain was trying to process the shocking news of suho being in critical condition while running to help his friends in danger all at the same time.
