This video is Lesson 6 of the 'Learning to see' term - in this lesson we'll continue to explore tonal shapes, this time tightening up our measurement of distances between points. As always, to get full benefit from the course, watch one video per month, practicing for at least 2 hours per week over the course of that month, before moving on to the next lesson.
You will need:
Your drawing medium of choice
Something to draw on
Your assignments are:
Make 2 blocks-in, one using sight size measuring and the other using comparative measuring (30 mins each)
Make a sight size block ready to add tone next lesson (1 hr +)
Optional: Repeatedly practice block-in
