Photo-set teaser: October - December 2021
Added 2021-10-01 14:51:40 +0000 UTCOver the summer we've been sharing reference photos from the Lemonade photo-shoot, directed by Laura Ryan. Those photos are available for you to access as inspiration for your own personal projects and will be part of our pose-libabry indefinatly. You're always welcome to move up a tier to access more of the photos and move down again in future months - each contribution here on the Patreon helps us to pay the models ongoing royalties and to commission future photo shoots. As long as you stick to the terms of use laid out in the photo sets you can use the imagery however you like, cropping out details like hands or faces, combining multiple images together to draw or paint from and taking the imagery in your own preferred direction - the images are intended to be used as a source of inspiration and we always love to see where they have been taken once they are out of our hands!
So what's next?
Over the next 3 months we're returning to the more conventional imagery of life drawing, portrait and clothed photo sets. We invited 6 new models to come to the Brighton Studio in April and we will be releasing all of their photo-sets over the next 9 months. You'll find a schedule for the next three months bellow, along with a couple of previous photos of each model's shoot for you to work from now.
What about the future?
Our next guest art-director will be Jade Hylton, who will be inviting 5 new models to pose for a colourful set of clothed, life and portrait photos. Like the Lemonade series, these will be released across the Patreon Tiers over a three-month period, starting in 2022.

Guidelines for using the photographs
Please do:
- Download these pictures to your own computers and devices, downloading the Zip files for all images, or saving individual photos.
- Use the pictures to draw, paint, print and sculpt from, being as realistic or creative as you like
- Share the artwork you’ve made with us and the world - in books, in exhibitions, on social media, or on your fridge
- Tag us in work you make (@drawbrighton / #drawbrighton) – you don’t have to, but we love to see what you’ve made!
- Edit the photo files as reference for your own drawings - you can change the contrasts, colours and backgrounds to provide more tailored reference for yourself.
Please don't:
- Share these pictures with anybody else – they are between you and us
- Share the photos themselves online – thanks for respecting our models’ privacy
- Edit the photo files themselves for artwork – we want to see original work you’ve made
