I’m planning on doing a specific trigger assortment video and I need your help! Don’t just comment your favorite trigger, it has to be very specific (ex: fast page gripping in the inside of a book or scratch tapping the head of the acupuncture doll) 💗☺️

Mouth sounds with close to the camera hand movements, where it’s kinda unpredictable where you’re just chatting or rambling then do the close up hand movements and mouth sounds! Love the new vid btw!!

I actually for some reason untense my shoulders when seeing asmr artists do that to the acupuncture doll and specifically whispering massage or relax.

For example, how to put on shoes, where you explain what the shoe is, what laces are, that they go on feet, simple stuff like that, with repetition. It goes something like "This is a shoe, it goes on your feet, the shoe goes on your feet. These are laces, they are on the shoe, the shoe has laces, shoes are made for your feet" etc. (It doesn't have to be shoes)
