Subscription method changed

Patreon is finally offering a normal payment plan that doesn't double charge during the first month, so I switched to that method. It will not change anything for current patrons, you will still be charged on the 1st of each month, but new patrons will now pay on the day they subscribe, and then be charged again on the same day the next month.
So, if subscribing today September 27 for example, instead of being charged again on October 1st, the next payment would be October 27.
I don't understand why they didn't do things this way from the beginning, it's not fair to charge again less than a week after the first payment just because it was the end of the month. Sorry if that happened to someone here, that's just how Patreon used to work, I didn't like it either.
Anyhow, my Patreon page is now on a standard, no double charging, monthly subscription basis :)
