Hello! Here is last week's recording. It is geared a bit more towards splits than upper body flexibility.
I will be doing one more live session this Saturday, and then I will be moving towards creating mini conditioning and tutorial videos, as my in person teaching schedule has ramped up again.
If there are any requests you have, let me know! I have a couple requests for transitions out of shoulder stands, a forward fish flop (lol, that's going to take a bit, because it's terrifying!) and I'll also be doing mini floor work flows to practice.
