Referencing from shots and video of real moving bodies should help you get a feel for flow, but its also a matter of getting so familiarized with the structure of drawing anatomy that you don't feel so reliant on guidelines and the building blocks of it, and are able to push your forms in a way that seems a little more dynamic!
