The hair dilemma

Being able to customise Sammy is generally a great thing. You get to alter her much more to your liking and personalise her into the person you envision her to be. But such things usually have a flip side to the coin in terms of development. And in the case of the Fixer, it has to do with the full screen CGs during naughty encounters.

The biggest issue is of course the clothing. It was an issue that was solved by either having Sammy wear a fixed outfit such as her waitress uniform, or have her naked during the encounter.

The next big issue is the hair. It can be quite time consuming to draw and, unlike the clothing, I cannot so easily set her hairstyle in advance. Or so I thought anyway.

Here you can see Sammy with long hair. But in her pub outfit she has put it into a messy bun and for her sports/dance she has it in a pony tail.

This allows me to limit her styles in places like the pub and other areas where I makes sense, but what about in instances where she is just walking down the street and a random encounter leads to a naughty scene? She could have any style then. Well, in cases like this I feel I have no option but to bite the bullet and draw every possible variation she can have. This unfortunately means I will be limiting the styles she can wear to a manageable number.

Currently I am testing with 6 bangs variations for the front. For the back I have 4 different lengths and all but the shortest can be set into a pony, bun and twin tails style.

These are all still subject to change. My goal is to get variations in that look different enough to each other while also being fairly easy to draw to save time. Feedback is appreciated.
