It took Ally an extra twenty minutes to get to school due to how sore the heels were making her feet, but also a bit because she was so focused on her phone trying to keep track of all the stupid things people were trying to pass.

Ally arrived at school expecting there to be some protests, or at the very least a hoard of angry girls refusing to wear this revealing perverted school uniform. Ally was surprised to find nothing like that, instead, everyone was going about their day as normal.

Albeit, the girls were now all sporting the same uniform as her, with their stomachs showing, a slight risk of revealing their panties at any moment, and then the killer heels they all had to walk in. Ally really couldn't understand how they were all okay with it.

The guys also seemed to be loving it. Every step towards the entrance of the school Ally took, the more heads she saw following her, all of them probably hoping a gust of wind would appear, and lifted up her skirt and revealed her panties to all of them.

Ally had a really bad sinking feeling about this. It was just so bizarre, not a single person thought this was wrong. All the girls are just happily accepting this? Was it because of her wish? Did it change everyone to make them more accepting of things that get passed?

There was no real way for her to know, and there wasn't really anything she seemed to be able to do about it currently. Ally sighs, and then she heads off to her first class of the day. The day goes on, with many new stupid things being brought to a vote.

Ally would vote no on them, and she was starting to get hopeful when more and more people started getting involved in the votes, and a lot of the bogus things were getting easily shut down. It took a bit of time, but the more sensible people were finally able to get on the app and start voting.

At least that’s what she thought. Ally continued to watch her phone, glancing at it every few minutes to check what was being voted on. Most of the day passes with her splitting her focus between her phone and her lessons.

When it came time for her last class of the day, Ally realized it was a super important lesson, so she had no choice but to put her phone on silent and focus on the class, which was the exact moment a new vote appeared, and started to gain traction for approval.

Ally’s last class was a little longer than a half hour, which with the new voting system was like a week's worth of time, so once she was finally able to check her phone, she was stunned to see the new vote had passed and the details of it were now being voted on.

She didn’t even get the chance to vote it down, not that it would have mattered, there were millions of votes on it, and only ten percent actually voted no, so even with her vote it would not have made a difference.

Now the thing that had been voted on was a new program titled “Dress TO Impress” which affected colleges all around the country. It required that each college have one girl outside of each food location on campus to have a girl acting as a mascot/waitress.

The girl's main job was to be entertainment but would be required to do anything the owners of that business asked them to do. So far that sounded like having a normal job, but after that, everything about this program gets worse.

The girls who’d be chosen to fill these new positions would be working entirely for tips. Tips they don’t even get to keep as every cent they earn goes towards paying off their student loans. Worse than that, each girl would be forced to work for an entire year.

That meant they’d have to get held back a year and work the whole time. There was also a part Ally didn’t understand. In the details, it said that anyone was free to tip or take as much money as they wanted from the dress to impress girls.

So a girl could make a hundred dollars in tips, and some asshole can come over and decide he wants it all? How was that fair? That basically just meant they were making the girls do free labor for a year with nothing to gain.

This whole thing was very awful, and Ally really hoped that the ten percent that voted against this were all girls, as she couldn't possibly understand why a group of people would vote for something that harms them.

Then again, the majority of voters on this were likely dumbass and perverted boys, all who want to gawk at girls while they eat at school every day. Ally hated that it passed, but there was nothing she could do to stop it now, only to try to keep it from getting worse.

Now they were currently deciding on the mandatory uniforms for those girls to wear, and it was quickly devolving into the most disgusting, perverted, and sexual thing it could be. Ally heads to her after-school activities, and after each one, she notices a new change.

At the end of the day as she made her way back in they were on the final part of the dress-to-impress program, and it was a vote to see if the girls who are chosen for it should undergo certain enhancements.

Ally checked over the previous votes to see what parts of the new uniform passed, and wasn't good. The first thing to get approved for the mandatory new uniform was a super tight corset. Which was paired with having no shirt underneath it.

So these girls would be in tight corsets, running around with their breasts flopping around for all to see. Ally felt chills in her body, it was truly perverted and disgusting, and it was sort of her fault, she was the one who made this kind of thing possible.

She convinced herself it would get better, and this program would be shut down in less than a month, and until it was she’d actively protest it. Ally looked back at the uniform details and wasn’t surprised to see that added a ball gag and handcuffs to the mandatory uniform.

So now the girls were much less servers and entirely entertainment for the customers. To finish the uniform off, the girls got a pair of six-inch heels and a donation platter attached to their hands. Ally sighed again and went off to shower and get into her pajamas so she could go to bed.

Ally lay in bed and sat there sulking at the ceiling. It was really hard to continue telling herself this was better, and that things were going to work out for everyone. So far nothing was going as planned, and she indirectly sentenced girls across the county to this horrible fate.

It had to work out in the end right? There was no changing it now unless she could somehow get her ballot back and reverse the changes, but finding that would be nearly impossible and would mean she’d have to admit she was wrong, which she wasn't willing to do.

The final part of the dress-to-impress vote had a couple of hours left until it ended, and Ally wasn't going to be awake then, so she decided to check her collage social media app and see how they were going to pick the girls for the new positions.

As soon as the app opens, a prompt telling her to vote on who gets the new positions appears. Ally clicks on it and sees the names of every girl in their school on the list, including herself. Although Ally’s name had a few votes, she was far from the most voted right now.

She’s maybe in the middle, towards the bottom, so she felt as though she was safe from becoming a dress to impress a girl, but you can never be too safe. So Ally started to go down the list and find someone to vote for.

She ended up voting for a girl at the bottom of the list, who she had a previous unpleasant encounter with at school. Personally, if she got picked it wouldn’t bother Ally at all, but she did feel bad for the other five girls that would be joining her. Ally put her phone on the charger and went to sleep. When morning comes, the lives of six girls will be changed for the next year.
