Transforming Into A New Life (TG-Empress)

While driving home from work one day, a massive explosion happened a couple of miles down the freeway, causing all traffic to come to a stop. Explosions, though not common, do happen, and there usually isn't much to be concerned about when you're miles away from it.

However, in this world, something very special existed and was well-known for causing explosions and mass destruction. That special something was the Transformers. Autobots and Decepticons have long settled on this planet and have been fighting against each other.

Though they had revealed themselves to the world, a majority of people had never seen them, so they just assumed the battles they saw online were stunts to promote movies. Aaron was one of the few who believed they were real, but to be fair, he had seen one before when he was younger.

So he knew that Autobots were the good guys and it was usually the Decepticons that caused the destruction. They also made it hard for the Autobots to avoid damaging things themselves, so if there was a battle going on, Aaron knew he had to get out of there.

The easiest way for him to get out of here was to get out of his car and run off, but that would require leaving behind his 1968 Dodge Charger that his dad had left to him. Aaron loved this car more than anything; it was hard to put into words, but he had a special connection with it.

He’s taken great care with it, and it was in pristine condition; he and his dad always took trips in this car. He just couldn’t abandon it; it was his friend, and he’d rather break the law, which was what he did. He used some wood that was on the side of the road as a ramp.

He landed on the surface street below and started taking off, but before he knew it, he was slamming on the brakes. That was because a large Decepticon had just landed in front of him. The Decepticon looked at Aaron and yelled, “Die, Autobot!” as he charged his blaster arm.

Aaron tried to reverse but his car had stopped working. He watched the blast get closer and thought he was about to meet his end, but that’s when his car started moving on its own. It sped around the Decepticon and then rapidly transformed.

Before he knew it, Aaron was in the hands of a larger Autobot. He couldn't believe it, the whole time his car had been a transformer. The Decepticon pointed his arm at them again and said they should be lucky the great Sallout of the Decepticons was going to be the one to kill them.

The Autobot then put Aaron down and told him to run, saying there was no reason for him to risk getting hurt there. Aaron was nervous and there wasn't much he could do, but he couldn't just leave him; they were friends, and he didn’t even know his name.

The Autobot smiled and told Aaron that he’d be okay, but it would make him feel better knowing Aaron was somewhere safe. He then told him that he was his best friend and he wasn’t planning to abandon him. He then told Aaron to go somewhere safe and root for his good friend Sidewire.

Aaron nodded and started to run off. Sidewire valiantly charged at Stallout and the two began to clash. Sparks flew, and the shockwaves from their weapons clashing caused all the glass for three blocks to shatter.

Stallout tried to get out another shot from his blaster's arm, but Sidewire grabbed his arm with both of his hands and started spinning. He tossed Stallout into a nearby building, which was luckily under construction at the time and had no one in it.

Sidewire was waiting for him to come back out, but before he did, a ton of tiny Minicons started to surround Sidewire. While not very strong on their own, a dozen or two can be quite the pain to deal with for an Autobot, as they’re small and fast.

Most of them are either human-sized or smaller and mostly turn into objects rather than vehicles. The Minicons started jumping onto Sidewire and crawling all over him while attacking him, and then to make things worse, Stallout came back and started attacking again.

Aaron stopped and looked back; he saw Sidewire getting his butt handed to him and knew he couldn’t win such an unfair fight. He had to do something, but what could he possibly do? Aaron looked around and saw a police car.

Again he had no problem committing crimes to save his car… To save his friend, he smashed the window until it broke and he dug through the car. He was able to grab not only a pistol but also a heavy-duty stun baton.

Aaron then prepared himself and ran towards his friend. No one noticed him, not until he jumped onto Sidewire’s foot and started jamming the stun baton into the chest of the Minicons. He managed to deactivate a few of them before they noticed him.

Once they did, the Minicons turned their attention towards him. One jumped on him and pulled him to the ground, and the rest started jumping off of Sidewire to attack Aaron instead. Sidewire noticed this and tried to help, but Stallout punched him, sending him flying back.

Aaron used the gun to shoot several more Minicons through the head, making them drop to the ground. Aaron then got up and started to run, taunting the Minicons so they’d chase him and allow Sidewire to finish his fight.

Aaron ran down the street with the Minicons catching up to him and attempting to attack him. He shot a few more until he ran out of bullets, then tossed the gun in another face. A couple of blocks away from Sidewire’s fight, the Minicons finally managed to surround Aaron.

He was trapped and only had a single stun baton that was likely going to be a regular baton soon, but that was okay. He had saved his friend and that was all that mattered. Aaron fought as hard as he could, but they tore him to pieces—not that he knew; he had long blacked out.

Aaron thought he was dead but he heard a familiar voice telling him he was going to be alright. After some time of floating around in a dark void, Aaron heard a voice telling her to wake up. Aaron slowly opened her arms, and the first thing she saw was Sidewire.

He was a bit banged up, but he looked happy, almost like he could cry. He then hugged Aaron and kept saying he was so glad it worked. Aaron was confused but glad to see her friend was alive, but something was off.

Once Sidewire let her go, she looked down at herself. Her body was completely strange; it was bright pink and made of metal. Aaron looked at Sidewire and asked what happened. Sidewire looked sad but said he’d explain and then helped her up.

The two walked outside, where there were a ton of Autobots lying all over the place. Some were injured, but a lot of them were dead. Sidewire told Aaron that the Decepticons had entitled a massive assault on all Autobots all at once.

Sidewire’s battle wasn’t the only one that happened; there were hundreds more all over the world. Both sides took a large number of casualties, but in the end, thanks to the Autobots and humans who helped them, they pushed back the Decepticons and won the day.

Aaron looked down at her new body and asked how she ended up in the body of a transformer. Sidewire looked at her and looked sad. He said after beating Stallout, he ran to find Aaron, and when he did, Aaron was covered in Minicons and dying.

Sidewire beat the Minicons and picked up Aaron and ran back to the Autobot base with him. Once there, he begged Optimus Prime for a way to save him. Optimus Prime wasn’t sure if it would work, but he had an idea.

They brought Aaron with his broken body inside, then they brought the body of a Transformer who had died in the battle. The Transformer's body and spark were still in perfect condition, but their mind had been fried.

That meant she was basically dead, but with Aaron’s body being broken, they could put the two together and at least save one of them. So they put Aaron’s mind inside the body of the transformer and saved her life.

Aaron understood and thanked him for saving her. Sidewire smiled but still looked like there was something else he wanted to say. So Aaron pressed him for it. He stopped and awkwardly said that they didn’t have much choice in the body they gave Aaron.

That made sense to her. Sidewire then revealed that the body he was in was from a Transformer named Remix, and, well, she was a female Autobot. Aaron stopped and if she had the ability to blush, she would have.

Suddenly all the pink made sense. She wasn’t just a transformer now, but a female… It wasn’t exactly what she’d choose if she had the choice, but considering it was either this or die, Aaron was perfectly okay with being female.

Aaron was able to accept this pretty quickly, but mostly because she was kind of excited to be a Transformer. She wanted to know what she could do or what she could turn into. So she begged Sidewire to teach her.

Sidewire was surprised but agreed to teach her how to use her new body, and one day when the time would come, they’d stand side by side and fight off the evil Decepticons and protect the world they now call home.
