Melody’s Day As A Maid

Melody rolls over and slowly opens her eyes. The first thing she sees is Nadine, the sight of which fills Melody with great joy until it is replaced with a bit of guilt. Melody sat up and looked down at herself. She was completely ashamed of herself for how she acted last night.

Melody turned bright red as she remembered the kiss with Alexander. It was so out of character for her; she never would have let Alexander kiss her like that normally… right? Melody was puzzled and trying to figure it out.

She should have stopped it, but she didn’t, or was it more that she couldn’t? Melody shakes her head; it was a mistake. All Melody could do now was apologize and make up for it to Nadine. Melody looked back at her soundly asleep.

Melody then carefully got up without waking her up and grabbed her costume from last night. It wasn't her first choice of clothing, but all her clothes were dirty and it was the closest thing at the moment, so back into the catgirl maid costume she went.

As soon as everything was on again, Melody felt strange, like she did last night. She didn’t know, but it was because of the magic. It was attached to the costume, not to her, so as soon as she put it back on, she became a submissive and obedient catgirl maid again.

Melody wanted to take it off, but she suddenly had a new priority: making breakfast for her mistress. She goes downstairs, pulls out some ingredients from the fridge, and turns on the coffee pot. Melody then begins to cook a perfect breakfast.

Sometime later Nadine rolls over in her sleep and attempts to cuddle Melody, but as she is already awake and downstairs, Nadine is met with an empty space. That didn’t wake her up though; no, she stayed asleep until the amazing smell from Melody’s breakfast came wafting inside the room.

Nadine sat up and looked around. The food wasn't in the room with her, and neither was Melody. Nadine was smart enough to connect the two, so she hopped out of bed and ran downstairs to get in on the good-smelling food, not knowing it was being made specifically for her.

Nadine walks into the kitchen and Melody turns around. Melody curtsied and said good morning to Nadine. She then stood back up and told Nadine that her breakfast was ready and on the table. Nadine was taken aback.

That happened to be because Melody called her Mistress. Nadine had noticed it a few times last night and figured it was just part of the act, but here Melody was still acting like a perfect servant for her. Nadine found herself wondering if she was still playing into it or if something else was going on.

Nadine walks over to the table and sits down to eat. She goes from tasting it to nearly devouring the plate. It was the best Nadine had ever had. It was like Melody had become a world-class chef overnight.

Melody brings over some coffee for her and places it on the side. She then sits there waiting eagerly in case her mistress needs anything. Nadine looked up and asked her if she was going to eat with her. Melody shook her head no and said she couldn't possibly do that.

A servant's place is next to her mistress, not at the same table. Nadine laughs but then asks if Melody thought she was taking this a bit too far. Melody shrugged and said all she wanted to do right now was serve her mistress and be a good maid.

Nadine asked a few more questions and was able to learn that Melody wasn’t intending to do all this until she put on the maid uniform. The two of them were then able to piece together what Hope had done, or   what Stefanie had done on behalf of Hope.

Their costumes are enchanted to make them become the characters it’s based on. Melody said she would take the costume off and return everything to normal. Before she could remove a single piece, though, Nadine put her hand up and told her to stop.

Melody stopped and looked at her. Nadine told her to leave the costume on for the rest of the day. Melody nodded and said, anything you wish mistress, as she curtsied again. Nadine then smiles to herself. She was going to make Melody work off that kiss.

It was going to be a fun day for her. The first thing she had Melody do was clean up after breakfast. Melody smiled and started washing the pans she used to cook with. By the time she finished with those, she came over to the table to collect Nadine’s plate and cup.

Nadine then went to sit on the couch until she was done. Once Melody returned, Nadine put her to work. She was going to make Melody do all the things she normally avoided doing, like picking up her dirty clothes from her room and washing them.

After that, it was cleaning the bathroom, then reorganizing her sewing supplies, and then she had Melody give her a bath, followed by a massage. Melody had her whole house neat and tidy by mid-afternoon thanks to her mistress’ orders.

With nothing much to do, Nadine had Melody picking grapes off the vine and feeding them to her one by one as they watched television. As Melody was popping a grape into Nadine’s mouth, her phone went off. Nadine leaned over and grabbed it.

She looked at it for a minute and then turned toward Melody. Nadine informed Melody that her guest was approaching the front door. She wanted Melody to go greet them properly and let them inside. Melody nodded and placed the grapes down on the table, and then she went off to the front door.

She opened the door and was met with a surprised Hope. Melody greeted Hope and informed Hope that her mistress was expecting her, and if she’d be so kind as to follow her, she’d take Hope right to her. Hope continued to look confused but followed Melody inside.

Once they were in the living room, Hope sat down next to Nadine while still looking at Melody. Nadine noticed and giggled. She then asked Melody to go fetch them something to drink. Melody nodded and immediately left for the kitchen.

As soon as she was gone, Hope asked Nadine what was going on. Nadine explains, and Hope seems to understand. Hope apologized for not warning them about what the spell did; she just wanted them to have fun, though she had no idea it would stick on the costume.

Nadine told her not to apologize at all. Nadine then looked over her shoulder as Melody came back in. Nadine then looked back at Hope and told her that the spell had been a lot of fun, and she didn't regret it at all. Hope laughed and then asked how long Melody would be a maid.

Nadine told her it was just till the end of the night, though perhaps they could do it again sometime. Nadine then had a devilish thought about perhaps tricking Melody into wearing it again; that way she could make Melody clean her house, but she wouldn’t actually do that.

Hope and Nadine laugh about it and then begin to hang out, all while counting on having Melody wait hand and foot on them. Hope especially liked bossing Melody around. After a couple of hours of hanging out and having fun, Hope said goodbye and took off.

Melody prepared dinner, after which the two went upstairs to get ready for bed. Melody helped Nadine by getting her pajamas ready. Once Nadine was changed, she told Melody she could remove her costume.

Once Melody removed the apron, the costume's effects wore off, and she took a big sigh of relief. She then went and plopped on the bed next to Nadine, still halfway in her costume. Nadine chuckled and asked Melody how her day was while she ran her fingers through Melody’s hair.

Melody said it was long and exhausting because of all the work, strange because of how she acted and how natural the costume made it seem, and also a bit exciting because it was fun to be a cute little servant for Nadine.

Melody then jumped up and removed the rest of the costume, placing it in a clothing bag and storing it in the closet. Nadine then asked Melody if she enjoyed it. Melody turned red but nodded. She told Nadine that it was fun, and they could do it again sometime.

Nadine told Melody she’d be glad to. Melody then got into her pajamas and climbed under the covers with Nadine. The two chatted and cuddled, and suddenly for no particular reason, Melody decided to tell Nadine that she loved her, and to Melody’s surprise, Nadine had said it at the same time. The two got a bit red in the face, shared a laugh, then a kiss, and snuggled together as they drifted to sleep.
