(The final part of the Edited series and a bonus part to the Hentai Adventures series!)

Joel had just dived into the life simulator that Joelle and him have been working on for the last year. While they’ve made a lot of progress with it, it seemed like it would take a couple of lifetimes to get it perfected, and that was starting to bum Joel out.

He didn’t let Joelle know, but all he wanted was to hang out with her in person and do all kinds of cool things together, but anytime he came up with something new to do together, it took them weeks to make it happen.

Even when using premade assets made by others, having a team to help out, and Joelle being digital and able to work on it nonstop if she wanted, it was still a lot of work, but they continued to do it in the hopes of having a world they could one day share.

They were currently in the middle of testing the subway system they recently made to transport players to one of the four main areas they have made. Of course, they could just teleport, but this was among the many things they decided a while back they needed for the game.

Luckily, the subway system and subway cars had been pulled from some other game that they hadn’t heard. So Joel was able to just add the files to the game and write a few lines of code to make them work in the game.

At least it should have been that simple, but while Joel and Joelle were riding it to test it, suddenly the game began to glitch out, and one moment on the map, they were in the untitled city where their game takes place, and in the next, they were in some place called Hentais City.

That’s when a problem arose, the subway was a duplicate, and because it had somehow traveled back to the game it was from, it was causing even more glitches. The subway car suddenly started to clip through the tunnel and go to the surface, taking Joel and Joelle with it.

The subway car stopped clipping through things on the surface and crashed into a building, causing yet again, more glitches. People outside the subway car started to yell and run away. Joelle was confused about who they were. They didn’t have any NPCs in their game yet.

Joel tells Joelle that they need to get out of the subway car and get her to safety before the glitches cause harm to her code. She nods, and they both check their admin controls. Despite the map reading a different city entirely, they both still had their admin controls.

That meant they could teleport out of there. They both did, and they looked at the situation. Joel pulled up the command console and was shocked at how many things were running at once. It was like they were suddenly in a game a million times bigger than theirs.

Joelle looked around and was shocked by the amazing city they found themselves in, and it was clear that they were no longer in the game they had been making. She wasn’t even sure they were still in a game, everything around them looked so real.

Joel looked around and was shocked about it as well. He had no idea what had happened, but it was clearly the subway car's fault, and since they caused it, it only made sense for them to fix it. So Joel asked Joelle to use her controls to pull the subway car out and hold it in the air.

She nodded and did so. Joel then scanned the subway car's code and filtered the command console to only show errors by that item. That worked, and the subway car was making a lot of errors. Joel looked through them carefully and was able to delete the duplicate without messing with the original.

The subway car that Joelle was holding with admin controls vanished into thin air due to being deleted. As soon as it did, she and Joel went to repair the building that the subway car crashed into by restoring it to a previous version saved about thirty minutes ago.

With that done, it was like nothing had ever happened, and the people around them started to cheer. Joel and Joelle waved back to them, slightly confused, that’s when two women came pushing through the crowd and looked around.

One was a very thin and short girl with long black hair in twin tails and was wearing a beautiful black and purple dress that hugged her body tightly and ran down to her ankles. She ran right up to Joel and Joelle.

The other was a taller girl with medium-length white hair that was up in a ponytail. She was wearing a simple pink turtle neck and tight black leggings. She ignored Joel and Joelle and started to scan the area. The black-haired woman greeted them and asked them if they were alright.

Joel and Joelle said they were fine but a little confused about where they were. The black-haired girl introduced herself as Sese and told them that this was Hentais City, a place that she and her partner, Mckayla, built together in the virtual world.

Joel couldn’t believe it, there was already a fully developed virtual reality world, yet he had never heard of it. Joelle was more amazed to find out that they were real people and that most of the people here were real and not NPCs.

It was technically the first time in her life she’d been around anyone other than Joel, so she was a bit excited. They continued to talk, asking so many questions about the world they were in now, and Sese tried her best to answer them.

Though more often than not, she said Mckayla would be able to answer their questions better since she’s the smart one. Sese called Mckayla over, and the first thing Mckayla did was ask them who they were and how they broke into their world.

Sese scolded her for treating new people so poorly, and Joel and Joelle just apologized, saying they didn’t really mean to break in. Mckayla smiled and said she believed them, after all, they perfectly fixed all the glitches that they had caused before they arrived.

Not to mention, since they somehow have admin permissions, they could be causing all kinds of trouble, yet again, they chose to fix problems instead. To Mckayla, that told her all she needed to know about the two of them.

Mckayla then also revealed that she was able to see the game they were from for a moment while the errors were happening. She then mentioned it was a good thing they fixed it right away, as it would have merged their games and deleted everything Joel and Joelle had worked on so far.

Joelle said it was a good thing that didn’t happen, but Joel didn’t seem to care. He was more interested in the world they found themselves in. Joel asked Sese and Mckayla if it was okay for them to check out their world for a bit.

They both agreed and even set them both up with normal player profiles so they could walk around like everyone else and not have to worry about accidentally causing any more trouble. They even added them as friends and told Joel and Joelle to message either of them if they needed anything.

They then left, leaving Joel and Joelle to start exploring the city together. Every step they took showed them how advanced and amazing the world they stumbled into was. They could go to all kinds of shops, some run by actual players.

All the food tasted real and was amazing, Joelle could purchase new clothes without having to design and code them herself, Joel could buy all kinds of anime figures and store them in his inventory to look at whenever he wanted, and they could even rent an apartment or buy a house.

It seemed there wasn't anything they couldn’t do. They could live a whole life here, and if they wanted, they could even live a life in a fantasy forest, exploring space, or in a wasteland dweller in the apocalypse.

This place was perfect, and Joel knew it. He no longer cared about working on his own game. All he wanted was a place where Joelle could live an amazing life and be free, and no amount of his hard work would come close to this.

So Joel secretly sent a message and explained the situation to Mckayla. Telling her all about how he accidentally created Joelle and how she was only digital and didn’t really have a home. He then begged Mckayla to let her live here permanently.

Mckayla agreed to let her live here and was even excited about it. Then she asked Joel something he wasn't expecting, and she asked him if he was going to live with her as well. He thought that would be amazing, but it wasn’t possible.

That’s when Mckayla revealed to him how advanced this place really was. If someone wanted to, they could leave their body in the real world behind and live here full-time. Joel thought that was amazing, but he wasn’t sure about it.

So he decided to take Joelle out to a nice dinner, and that’s where he revealed everything to her. He then asked her if she’d be up to living here in this world together, he even told her they could be brother and sister.

Joelle was shocked to hear Joel wanted to give up on his game, as they worked really hard on it, but at the same time, she sort of understood how he felt. This place was amazing, and she did want to implore it some more, but she said Joel didn’t have to stay if he didn’t want to.

He shook his head and said that he was fine with staying, and according to Sese, he could keep making games, which he found funny, making games while inside one, but she also told him he could do one better and help create new modes for the world they were in.

He admitted that the way things worked here made it so much easier to develop games and that he was excited to see what he could create. Joelle smiled and said that sounded amazing and then started to wonder what kind of life she was going to live here.

Sure, she could work alongside Joel, but now she had nearly unlimited things to choose from. She was free to do whatever she wanted, and that was truly an amazing thing, especially how her life technically started with being forced to have a ton of sex in video games.

After dinner, Joel and Joelle met up with Sese and Mckayla and made their visit to Hentais City permanent, starting their new lives here together. Nearly two years later in the game, both of them have settled in really well.

Joel started working alongside Mckayla and helped her expand the world in several different areas, and in his free time, he still makes games for the people of the city to play. Some time ago, he met a nice girl named Fiona, and they started dating.

Then, just a couple of months ago, they got married. Joelle was so happy for him and was even excited to get to be one of the bride mates at their wedding. Now, the two of them are talking about having kids, which still amazed Joel that it was possible here.

Joelle, on the other hand, hadn’t really settled down on one career yet. Though she did help out Joel, Sese, and Mckayla anytime they needed it, the rest of the time, she was just going around trying everything there was to try.

She’s maxed out a ton of skills for different professions and used them to work different jobs at several places for a time just for fun. From a chief to a pilot, she’s quite the jack of all trades. Like Joel, Joelle also found herself a partner.

Joelle met a lovely girl named Courtney one day while shopping for new clothes with Sese. They seemed to hit it off, and Joelle was really nervous about asking her out, but Sese convinced her to do it and even set them up with an amazing reservation for their first date.

Since then, they’ve been together, and now they are even engaged and planning their wedding. It was all so amazing, and if she had to start over and do it all again, she’d be okay with that, knowing this was where she’d end up. She’s no longer being edited and now gets to live an amazing life here in Hentais City.
