A month had passed since Jackie and her classmates went on a field trip to visit the latex manor. Ever since then, Jackie had found a new pen pal in Marinette, one of the maids who, like Jackie, had been a guy before. Ever since then, they’ve been sending letters back and forth.

Jackie had finished up her classes for the day and was getting ready for bed when there was a knock at the door. Jackie went over and opened it up to find Trisha, the woman in charge of handling mail and packages here at the academy.

She smiled and greeted Trisha, who pulled out another letter from Marinette and handed it to Jackie. Jackie thanked her and waved her goodbye as she walked down the hall. Jackie returned to her bed and opened up the letter.

Marinette started the letter by responding to some things Jackie had mentioned in the last letter she sent. Marinette then told Jackie about the other branches she’d visited and finished it by saying she’d love to come see Jackie’s one of these weekends.

Jackie was going to write out her response letter in order to get it sent out, but she also thought it would be great for Marinette to visit. So she held off responding for now. She went to sleep, and in the morning, before classes started, she went to talk with The Headmistress.

Jackie greeted The Headmistress and thanked her for seeing her before going into what she came there for. Jackie showed The Headmistress the letter and asked if there was someone she could come visit.

The Headmistress said it would be wonderful and that she’d send a letter to The Duchess and set it all up. Jackie thanked her with a big smile on her face, and she continued to radiate happiness throughout all her classes that day. When nighttime came around.

Jackie wrote a letter to Marinette to let her know that she had asked for permission for her to visit and that it was approved. Jackie then went on about how awesome it was going to be to have Marinette here. Jackie sealed the letter, and in the morning she dropped it off with Trisha.

After that, it was just a matter of waiting. Jackie figured the letter she sent as well as The Headmistress’s would take a week to reach them. Then they’d need to prepare for it, and perhaps the next weekend that comes up, she’d be able to come.

Either way, Jackie was surprised on Saturday morning after breakfast to return to her dorm room to find a cute maid cleaning it. Jackie dropped her bag and ran over to Marinette and hugged her. Marinette chuckled and hugged her back.

Jackie then let go of Marinette and asked her why she was cleaning her room. She was supposed to be a guest. Marinette let out an awkward laugh and said it was a force of habit. Jackie looked around and asked if her room was even that messy.

Marinette said no and that she was just inspecting the different areas that are hard to clean. She mentioned that her room was strangely clean. Like no dust, all the furniture is perfectly placed, and the bed was made to perfection.

Marinette said it was strange to be so clean; even as one of the best maids at the manor, she’d never seen a room perfectly clean. Jackie thought that was also strange until she remembered how the academy worked.

Jackie told her about how everything is made from a living latex, and because of that it can move on its own, change shape, and even expand as needed. Jackie showed this off by asking the latex to turn her bed into a bunk bed so that Marinette had a place to sleep tonight.

Marinette’s jaw dropped as she seemed quite impressed. Jackie then went on to say, That’s probably why it’s so clean here. Jackie then said at least for dust. The students are required to clean up their own messes and make their own beds.

 If they do a good job, the living latex will help them out a bit and make it look even neater. Marinette continued to be impressed. Though she admitted it sounded cool, she liked that the manor was just a normal building and that it got dusty every day, as it gave her and the maids something to do.

Something that Marinette truly likes doing. Jackie said she understood, though she much prefers the living latex helping out, or else she’d be a total mess all the time. The two of them chatted in the room for a bit before there was a knock at the door.

Jackie was going to open it, but Marinette’s instincts to open a door for someone kicked in, and she beat Jackie to it. On the other side was one of the teachers. She came inside and explained that The Headmistress assigned her to guide the two of them around this weekend.

Marinette and Jackie were surprised by this and asked why. The teacher explained it was because they set up some fake classes in order to show Marinette what it was like here. She was also given permission to alter Marinette’s latex uniform as if she were one of the students.

With the only condition that each change be made outfit-themed. The teacher then turned around and told them to follow her. They did, and they went to a wall, where a whole classroom formed before their eyes.

They stepped inside, and each took a seat. The teacher started an easy lecture that wasn’t meant to be taken seriously. Just to give Marinette a taste of it. After stopping, the teacher explained it was actually a lot like normal school, just with a wider array of things to teach.

The teacher also explained and then demonstrated to Marinette what happened to bad students or those who goof around in classes. She did so by turning Marinette into a latex maid-outfit-wearing pig and letting her walk around on all fours.

Marinette thought it was fun, since she wasn’t actually in trouble, but understood how this would be a punishment if she had to stay like this for long. For a student, it would be hard to focus on school things, and as a maid, she wouldn’t be able to clean anything but the floor when food falls on it.

After Marinette was turned back to normal, they changed the room into a mini gym, and Marinette and Jackie were changed into latex gym uniforms, with Marinette’s again still looking like a maid's uniform.

They ran around for a bit, playing tag and tossing around balls, before moving to the next thing. They had a full day of mock classes, and eventually dinner came around, and Jackie took Marinette to the cafeteria and introduced her to all her friends.

Alex remembered Marinette, but this was their real first time talking; despite that, Alex still treated her like an old friend. They had an awesome time eating dinner together, and when they were all done, Marinette excused herself suddenly.

Jackie was confused and asked where she was going. Marinette explained that she had offered to join the janitor staff for the weekend, as there were a few students’ dorm rooms that were beyond messy, as well as some of the buildings around the academy.

Jackie wasn’t surprised about the students’ rooms, as some of them have been severely punished, like Jenessa, who’s been trapped as a latex hippo for three months for extremely bad behavior; her room was dirtier than a pigsty.

However, she didn’t know the buildings around them needed cleaning. They don’t ever use them since the main building can change into whatever they need. Marinette excused herself again and said she needed to get to work, but Jackie stopped her again.

She told Marinette to wait for her; she was going to come. Marinette looked surprised and said she didn’t need to do that. Jackie smiled and said that was true, but she wanted to. All she had to do was tell a teacher she was also volunteering for janitorial duties.

Alex stood up quickly as well and said she’d join as well. Jackie looked over at Alex and smiled; she then looked back at Marinette and smiled even more. The three of them then went to see a teacher to get permission.

After that, they went off to the rooms with Marinette to learn how to clean as proper maids. It took them a while to get half of the dorm rooms done and two of the buildings outside, but that was half of the total work, which meant Marinette would be able to finish before leaving.

Which made her happy; she’d hate to have left the job half done. After cleaning themselves off, they split up with Alex and head to Jackie’s dorm room, where they chat for a bit before drifting off to sleep.

The following day was filled with fun instead of mock classes. Jackie, Alex, and a few of their other friends formed a group and showed Marinette all the things they did for fun, at least what they could do on the academy grounds.

So it was mostly the clubs they had made, things like the dance club, where everyone just dances to their favorite songs, and the baking club, which makes all the best desserts and is made up of the best students from the culinary classes here at the academy.

Marinette truly enjoyed it and felt so relaxed it was almost scary. She still wasn’t used to slacking off, as she put it; she had come to get used to and like working hard each day, and the thought of slacking off sounded horrible to her.

This was different; it was fun, with friends, which made her happy. After another night of cleaning and having fun with the students, it was time for Marinette to leave and return to the manor. She packed her bags, thanked The Headmistress and Jackie for hosting her, and took her leave, excited to return home and even more excited to see where her travels may take her next.
