It's now June, which means it is pride month. Which means my town is going to be holding its annual pride parade. Now I don’t fall under the pride umbrella, as I’m a straight man, but my girlfriend does. See Genny, is a transwoman and she’s an amazing and beautiful person.
She fought a long and hard battle to get to where she is today, but I know it was worth it for her, as she’s happy with her body and sexuality. Now as far as I’m concerned she’s a woman. So the little details don’t matter to me, as long as we’re happy together.
Of course that doesn’t mean I don’t care about her being trans, so when she wants to celebrate it, I’ll be right next to her for support. So when she asked me to walk with her as a part of the parade there was no way I wouldn’t.
She was of course super happy to hear this and spent several days making us custom pride outfits to wear. Of course, each of the outfits had a ton of colors on it. The one she made for herself was a simple dress that was pretty long.
She made me a shirt where the top was black and white on top with rainbow colors on the bottom. Then she added shorts that continued the rainbow. I have to admit, she’s really good at making clothes, she made an entire outfit that perfectly represents the ally flag for me to wear.
She insisted I try it on, which I did. She made a few last-minute adjustments and once she was done she packed the outfits away until the morning of the parade. That day came pretty quickly and when I woke up she was in the bathroom getting ready.
I walked in and began to get ready, without getting in her way of course. She was in the middle of doing her hair. She had put temporary hair dye on the ends, which was almost too cute for me to handle.
I brushed my teeth and I brushed out my semi-long blonde hair. I snuck one of her hair ties and put my hair up in a ponytail. I looked back over and she was putting a flower in her hair. Sometimes I can’t believe how adorable she is. I leave the bathroom to go and put on the outfit she made for me.
It takes me all of two seconds to do, so I sit on the bed and wait for Genny. After ten minutes she comes out now wearing her dress. She walks out and asks me how she looks. I simply say breathtaking.
This caused her to blush and she shyly looked down and clasped her hands together. I get up, walk over to her, grab her hands, and kiss her. The two of us made our way to the parade, it was early but there were already thousands of people here.
We made our way through crowds of people and met up with one of Genny’s friends. The two of them began to talk, and Genny started showing off the outfits she made. The two of them took a few pictures together and then one with me.
Once they were done Genny’s friend handed us each a basket of colorful flowers. I guess we’re supposed to hand them out as we walk with the parade. About an hour passes before the parade begins, and me and Genny walk together and pass out the flowers to anyone who wants one.
Genny kept running up to people to talk with them and give them flowers, which caused her to start running out of flowers quickly. So I sneakily snuck the flowers from my basket into hers, that way her fun would last longer.
Once both baskets were empty we just held hands and walked down the road together. At one point the parade stopped. We were confused, as there was still about an hour left before we reached the end.
Suddenly the sky filled with rainbows, yes rainbows. There weren't one or two, there were hundreds. Everyone had stopped to take pictures of this magical phenomenon. Even I took photos because it was an amazing sight.
Suddenly the rainbows started moving, shooting down onto the ground where certain people were standing. I happen to be one of those people, I tried to move out of it, but it followed me around. Genny tried to enter the rainbow, but it seemed to be keeping her out.
After a few minutes my body started to change. I began to lose my height, losing nearly a foot and a half, my muscle mass decreased significantly. I looked down at my hands and watched them as they shrank, becoming slimmer and smother.
suddenly my chest puffed out, and my nipples began to show through my shirt. I reached my hands up to them and felt two tiny lumps where my pecs had been. Then the big thing changed, I felt as my dick flattened and opened up.
I put my hands over my crotch to confirm this feeling, but when I did I noticed I no longer had my shorts on. It seems my shorts morphed onto my shirt and became a long dress. I looked back up at Genny who just had her hands over her mouth.
All the rainbows disappeared and Genny ran up to me and hugged me. She kept asking me if I was okay. I hugged her back and let her know I was okay. She let me go and began to inspect me. We were now the same size in almost everything.
The only difference was my boobs were slightly bigger than hers. She couldn’t believe that she just watched as a rainbow changed my gender. She even said she was incredibly jealous. We looked around and saw several people around us inspecting themselves and the people next to them.
I guess a ton of people in the parade changed in some way as well. As I was looking around Genny grabbed my hand. She was looking at me with a very sad look on her face, almost like she was about to cry.
I asked her why she was so upset and she looked down at the ground. Then she asked me what we were going to do if we couldn’t change back. She then started crying, she asked me if I still loved her, and was attracted to her.
I wiped her tears and confirmed that I still loved her and I was still into women. The rainbow changed a lot about me, but my love for her is still intact. I then asked her the same thing, and to my surprise, she revealed she's also bisexual.
So even if I’m stuck as a girl she’ll still love me just as much. With her fears subsided, we once again held hands, and we decided to continue with the parade once it began to move again. Even with my sudden change, it was an amazing day that ended with me and Genny sharing a long kiss under a pride flag.
Weeks passed and there was never any explanation for the events at the parade. Thanks to Genny I’ve been able to adapt fairly quickly with all her lessons and tips for being a woman, and we’re actually much happier.
I’m also no longer just an ally. I’ve changed my name from Mark to Mary and I now identify as a lesbian. So come next year I’ll be sporting something made by Genny with colors from the lesbian flag. Of course, by the end of that parade, I hope she’ll sport this ring I bought for her.
