I was playing a new virtual reality role-playing game called The World of Tyrea. It was the first released game on the total emersion headgear, which was well known for actually putting you into the game.

Once inside everything felt real, sounded real, and you could even taste things. It was as close to real life as possible, so the chance to live a life as a famous knight in the land of fantasies was my dream.

I started the game as a level one knight, played for several days, and got all the way up to level thirty and maxed my reputation within the world. I was having a blast, and nothing was going to stop ruining it.

I’m currently on a quest that requires me to seek out some rumors or information on the location of a sacred treasure, and I’ve come to learn the best way to get information is to visit the brothels.

Of course, they only talk to paying customers, so I first have to have some fun with them, and yes you can feel all of it, and it’s one hundred percent realistic and as good as real sex. Once I finished with a few girls, I sat next to them and started getting the info I needed.

Now I knew would be a tough fight. The strongest enemies in the game were dragons, they were quite rare to find, but they’re hard as hell to beat due to large amounts of health and defense.

I drink a few buff potions, apply some poisons to the edge of my blade, and cast a cloak of armor and fire resistance. I run out and start fighting the dragon, with having to run away from it and heal several times.

After about an hour of fighting, I tike the last blow to the dragon. It turns to bones, and I collect my lot from it. Ten thousand gold, an enchanted amulet, and dragon materials to make armor and weapons.

Beating the dragon also triggered the vault room to open, which means there’s even more treasure to be claimed. I run into the room and see a single large chest made of gold sitting on a pedestal.

I walk over to it and open it. That's when a status update window pops up in my vision. It stated I triggered a trap, and that my class would soon change to bondage maid. I was confused, I had never heard of such a trap in the game, it had to be a glitch.

I mean bondage maid? That wasn’t even a class. At least I thought that until my inventory was completely emptied and my armoire and weapons were removed. Then my avatar changed to female.

I was standing in the hall balling my eyes out when a group of players came into the dungeon and found me. I started begging them for help, I even explained the quest and what it did to me and asked them to contact support.

They thanked me for the warning and one of them was about to send a message to an admin, but the group leader told him to stop. He said the admins would figure the glitch out eventually, but that they could take advantage of this now.

The leader walked up behind me cast a servant-sealing spell and marked my back, making me his servant. Servant marks were nearly impossible to apply to another player but were permanent once they were on.

The man said he would take me back to town and sell me to the brothel guild leader for a fortune. He said I’d be the first in-game maid prostitute. I once again laid my eyes out and begged them not to do this.
