Santa’s coal mines (December 2023 Exclusive)

Ever wonder where Santa Clause gets his coal for all those naughty kids? Well, in olden times he would often take them right out of the fireplace, but nowadays not many people have those anymore, so he needed a new source.

Well, the man himself is magic, so it wasn't so hard for him to create a large coal mine with an infinite supply of coal to be mined. He had wanted to use his magic to make the coal mine itself, but that took too much out of him.

He then tried to use his elves to mine all that coal, and for a while, it worked, but it came at a cost. It turned out the elves were allergic to coal.  Touching it was fine for them, but mining it caused pieces of it to break into the air and they breathed it in, causing them to get really sick.

Santa shut down the mine and used what he had left that year at Christmas. One after one he put them in children's socks. Finally, he was at the last one. He didn’t know what he’d do from here on out, how would he let naughty kids know they need to act better?

He looked at the coal and for some reason decided to check his naughty list. He pulled up the name of the kid he was here to give the coal to. The name Mark Dennis appeared. Santa clicked it and his whole history popped up.

It turned out he had just turned eighteen, and this was the last time Santa was going to visit him. He had a very long list of naughty activities and had received only coal from Santa for the past five years.

This infuriated Santa. Was there even a point to giving kids coal if they were going to continue to be bad? Surly his system was broken, he needed to do something or these kids would grow into horrible adults like Mark seems to be.

Santa grabbed one of his empty magical bags, stormed up to Mark's room, and kicked down the door. Mark jumped up and a panic and was about to scream, but Santa wasted no time pulling out some knock-out grenades and tossing them at him.

Once he was knocked out Santa stuffed him in the bag and finished his Christmas run. Once he was done and returned to the north pole he dumped Mark out of the bag. Mark started to yell at Santa and Santa just snapped his fingers.

Suddenly Mark was naked and covered in chains. All while the elves in Santa's village were looking at them confused. Santa looked at Mark and told him he had been naughty for too long, and that had to change before he could return home.

Mark spit at Santa and said some not-so-jolly words. He demanded to be let go and returned home or who knows what he'll do. Santa laughed saying unless he changed his ways he’d never have a home to return to.

Santa pulled out a snow globe and shook it. It then showed Mark's family on Christmas morning without him, happily enjoying their time together. Santa told Mark, that as of right now, his family doesn't remember he was born, but if he’s good and changes he’ll undo it and send him home.

Santa told his elves to take Mark to the mine and let him mine some coal. That would be his job while he was here, and it would be how he earned his keep. Santa then warned that any more naughty behavior would lead to him being punished.

Mark was then led to the mine and Santa went to go look over his naughty list. He was sure there had to be more people like Mark. He just had to find them. He spent the next couple of hours doing that before he was called to the mine because of an emergency.

Mark despite being chained was beating up the elves, and since they were small and weak compared to him, it was quite easy. Santa was now fuming with anger and without thinking much about it shot Mark with a blast of magic that was supposed to make him smaller and weaker.

Well, that is what it did, just not in the way he was expecting. Now standing in Mark's place, was a woman who was about a foot shorter, had long hair, and large breasts that were bouncing freely due to Mark being naked.

Mark was horrified at what just happened to her, and Santa with quick thinking acted as if that was his plan the whole time. He walked up to the genderswapped Mark and looked down at her. He told her this was merely the first punishment, and she only had three strikes.

Santa could see in her eyes that she finally understood she was powerless here. She didn’t say a word and she was pulled back into the mine. After that day Mark was pretty well-behaved, well except for one incident.

Santa had found and brought a dozen more men to the mine to work, and had pulled her out as an example to them. She saw it as her chance to maybe escape, and she tried to convince them to fight back against Santa.

She almost got them to do it, but Santa quickly used his magic to turn all the men into women just like her, and then he walked up to Mark and used his magic on her again. He made her breasts bigger. She looked horrified.

Santa then looked at the other genderswapped workers. He told them that with each strike they got he’d make their breasts bigger, and if they got three strikes, they’d never return home and be forced to work as strippers to entrain all his hard-working elves.

They all nodded and remained silent and followed the elves to their new working station. Of course, Santa didn’t want that for them. He wanted them to return home as hard-working caring people. So over the year, they each worked really hard.

Christmas Eve Santa did evaluations on them using magic, and twelve of the fourteen people passed his test and proved they had turned their lives around. Santa told them that he’d be bringing them home and they seemed so happy.

The only person to not pass the test was, of course, it was Mark. She was so stubborn, and even though she had made progress, Santa feared she’d just return to her old ways, so he told her she’d be there another year.

She stood up and was about to yell at him, but as soon as he raised his hand she apologized. She was returned to her chambers, while everyone else prepared to go home. The next day they were each loaded up onto his sleigh and brought with him as he made his Christmas run.

One by one they were dropped off. Santa waved goodbye to them and told them to be good. Then flew off into the night. Of course, Santa completely forgot to change them back, and none of them were willing to risk asking him to do so, they honestly thought it was a part of it.

When Santa returned home, there were nearly a hundred people naked and waiting for him. Men and women this time. They had come to join Santa’s coal mine, as all of them were naughty, and thanks to his special team of elves he was able to get so many of them.

Santa told them all what was happening, and what they had to do to return home. Then he explained the punishments. That's when one of the women asked how that was a punishment for them. Santa put his hand up to his chin and thought for a minute.

He had an idea. He shot all the women in the crowd with his magic. He reduced their height until they were as tall as the elves, and he removed any feminine features they had, like their breasts and long hair.

He then said that for them, if they get three strikes, they’ll become full-time elves, and they won’t be working the good toy-making jobs. He then turned to the men and shot them all with magic turning them into girls.

He then wished them a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. He’d be seeing them all next year for their evaluations. Thus the Christmas tradition of naughty people working in Santa’s coal mines began.

There would never be an end to the supply of naughty people, but when the stories of people being abducted and sent to his mines were spread around, the number of naughty people did drop, and all was well for everyone. Well accepted Mark who became the first stripper in the North Pole.
