Help create the next "Renting my body out" part

The first four options are to pick which transformation Jordan will get. The one with the most votes will be chosen, if there's a tie, I'll conduct a tiebreaker.
Then there's a space. There's no reason to pick this, it does nothing, but I know someone will click it any way C:
The last four options will be the duration of the swap, as Jordan rents his body out and each time there's been a set amount of time. Again the one with the most votes will be chosen, if there's a tie, I'll conduct a tiebreaker.
You're free to pick as many of them as you want, I'm sure this will work out. C:

I like the “pregnant - 1 year” option and although I can’t think of any reason why the other side would order this particular option, I would like to see it
