A bit of unfortunate news today.
To cut the story short, we've been having problem with withdrawling our balance to our bank/paypal account as you can see from the attached image below.
All of the running expense to this point has been coming out of the studio's budget (with the intention to reimburse later with the Patreon fundings) at the moment (Live drawing, payments to the staffs, etc), however cost is starting to add up, and we will have to suspend our activity until we're able to make the withdrawl. However, we will obviously continue to provide updates and still be in communication with our community.
So what's going to happen?
We've been contacting support for a while (and still are) to allieviate this matter, but we haven't had much luck. We've been on a continuous trial and error, and our next plan is to try out Payoneer, which is a whole different payout service than Paypal. We've turned in our application for the service and waiting for their approval at the moment.
If all goes well, we should be able to resume with our projects by mid January.

The Patreon staffs been really fast with their response so hopefully we'll be able to sort this out soon.

The bank, paypal, stripe, and etc may have activated fraudulent alert and flag the payment. Have to really get in touch with a live person to deal with it. Sigh. But hope everything goes through.
