Also I think it's pretty clear that Fushi (The Orb) doesn't just copy/reflect what's on the outside but on the inside as well. I believe Fushi can connect to the souls of other living things and probably the souls of the dead such as March. I don't believe March possessed Fushi. I think it was more like Fushi could sense March's feelings or perhaps it might be better to say Fushi absorbed March's feelings. March was desperate for Parona not to die and so Fushi felt that same desperation as well. Fushi felt what March felt.

2021-05-12 17:35:41 +0000 UTCWe've only had two examples so far but my personal theory is that according to the rules of this fantasy world when you die you see a vision of the life you could have had. Perhaps whatever life it was that your heart most desired and that you most regretted not living to achieve. I was thinking it might be a process designed to help people deal with their regrets and let go in order to move onto the afterlife or whatever comes next such as reincarnation.

2021-05-12 04:01:01 +0000 UTCI think March’s spirit lives in a sort of limbo space with other beings that Fushi can turn into. That’s why dead March was able to interact with the dead bear. When Fushi reached out and when he had her facial expression, I believe her emotions were able to reach him.
