In the same conversation, Roswaal confirmed that it was he himself who weakened the pact between Puck and Emilia, which is why Puck wasn't showing up. And you saw with one Bad End timeline how Puck not being around, along with Subaru, affects Emilia. A domino or butterfly effect. Truly frightening.

2021-05-30 09:20:58 +0000 UTC1) For the future lights, let's just say all the voices you heard were characters you have already met in the show. 2) For the Ram's confession part (nice parallel to Rem's imo), and why Roswaal reacted like that, it's because his expectations were betrayed, and, like you said, believed feelings could not change. And to him, Ram was the ultimate example for that, to the point where he planned on having her kill and bury him. (And yes, it's because he failed to protect the oni village). First Subaru, then Emilia and Ram being the final straw explains why he is so upset. 3) Finally, there is Puck's hint at Roswaal's odd behavior. Indeed, his mannerisms and look are based on Hector. LN Puck to Roswaal: "Is it to remember your wound... or to punish yourself?"

2021-05-29 09:58:53 +0000 UTCto be honest, after how they just put Rem down right at the start of season 2, I don't think anyone in this show has plot armor besides Subaru; might even have Emilia be overtaken by Satella (again) later & put Subaru's checkpoint where it can't be reversed like with Rem I've never seen an author being so sadistic towards his MC has in Re:Zero...not that the show is any worse for it^^ EDIT: by the way, Dropbox works really well for me, thought you might want a bit of feedback
