I've been watching weekly since Tokyo Revengers started, and I've never felt spoiled by the intro. Id say go for it.

For the intro I'm not sure In the middle of it there is some quick scene that flash for half a second. I think it might hint a bit but I haven't seen more episode than you so I don't have the context of any of the scene in the intro.
